I go here often for the nightly specials, Monday's with the family for pizza and Thursdays with my friends for the wine! The manager always comes by to check everything was good for the evening.

I'm here for the hearty marina!! It really stands out with the cheese bread and meatballs. I can tell the team members appreciate the customers. I have not gotten the vibes that I am a bother to the with my requests. This type of service is noticeable and goes a long way with me.

Every single pizza is good, and I'd recommend trying one of the pizzas on their menu instead of trying to create your own. The ones they've put together are significantly better, especially the spicy meatball and the vodka pie.

Really good pizza and our server was really attentive. They allowed our dogs in on the patio. And our server recommended the strawberry cake. It was delicious!

Went there tonight. I used to live in SL and loved going here. Food was always excellent and it was tonight. However there was a delivery person that parked in one of the two front facing spots with his lights on bright facing the restaurant. We complained as well as 5 other tables that the car's bright lights were disturbing. Waitstaff said they had gotten in trouble for confronting drivers about lights and could not say anything. After more than 10 minutes of these blinding headlights I had to take it upon myself to confront the driver. He was unaware his lights were on bright and turned them off. I came back in to applause. It is sad that management would not let the wait staff take care of this issue and a patron had to. Only come here during the day to not be blinded by the light. Food was excellent and our waiter was great other than saying he couldn't stop the lights from blinding us.

The pizza is delicious, the service is excellent, the problem is the bathrooms, you have to go through the kitchen and there is only 1 bathroom, and it's dirty.

It has been years since I’ve had Coal Vines, and this was my first visit to the Southlake location.Very quaint and inviting ambience inside with low light and tabletop candles - somewhat noisy but nice atmosphere.Complimentary zucchini chips were great.Spinach salad was also very good, but would prefer more pear and walnuts and less Gorgonzola, as it is VERY Gorgonzola heavy between the cheese and dressing itself.Pizza was probably the best I’ve had in a long time! Sauce had a perfect flavor, high-quality cheese and the crust has thin, but substantial enough to not be soggy like some neopolitan styles can be.Service was attentive and friendly. Will absolutely come back - I prefer this pizza to the other local options.

An hour and half waiting for the pizza to get ready is unacceptable. I wish I could tell you it was worth the wait. Absolutely not!

I placed an order, which came incorrect, and the manager was rude and took no responsibility for it. The pizza was cold and missing the extra topping I ordered. Extremely disappointing!

I went into this establishment with high expectations, as I had seen the good reviews. Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed in multiple aspects.First and foremost, my food came out lukewarm. I had ordered the Stuffed Chicken. I politely told my waiter, and he took it off the table. However, that is when the real dissatisfaction set in- I waited approximately 20-25 minutes for a new dish. While my waiter was polite, and kept reassuring me the remake would be out shortly, I felt inclined to speak to a manager about the wait. When I asked for the manager, I was told she would be with me shortly.I wasn't truly upset until this point, as I know mistakes happen from time to time. However I saw the manager passing by every now and then, and by the time she addressed my table and the situation, I was just offput by the whole experience. I did see her messing around on her phone, which felt even more disrespectful. She apologized, and I did get a new plate, though I just asked for it to go at that point.Overall, the fresh food ended up being alright for the price. But between the overly loud music, the light being so low that I could barely make out any letters on the menu, the wait time for an entrée remake, and the sheer disregard for a sense of urgency for my patronage- I don't think I'll be back. Sub-par at best, annoyingly dismissive to customer needs at worst, especially for the proud façade they put up in Southlake.

First time there with family. Tremendous service. And the classic cheese pie was the best in town. Top notch all around.

Well here I go again, I have found another pizzeria that does not disappoint , You may be thinking that maybe he Loves pizza? exactly, Anyways Coals and Vine has really done amazing things to contribute to good food, I ordered meat lovers (L) , don’t judge, a Greek salad and scrimp fettuccine, all three items ordered were something worth writing about, Hello, U R Welcome.
