Cold Stone Creamery

The Ice cream is great but unfortunately when you get a lazy worker your ice cream will not get mixed in even if you ask. They will just crush your toppings and fold the ice cream like a taco with the toppings in the middle , instead of mixed in. I'm almost a 100% certain the strawberries had gone bad as well. I love cold stone but this LOCATION IS NOT IT.

This location is definitely not up to the Cold Stone brand. The employees were clearly not trained (not their fault) and didn't know how to make the ice cream dishes or ring up customers at the register. The experience was overall poor and would recommend Corporate step in to help this franchise rise to the Cold Stone standard.

As we walked in girl with blonde hair didn’t even greet us or even let her other employees know we were there. The guys came out and they were helpful. This place needs more training with their customer service. Ice cream was great though.

What ever you do dont, order a chocolate waffle bowl. Jesus wont give it to you

Awful. The employees there are not helpful had no information on their product and barely spoke English.

My wife loves it here. The waffles are so freshly made. The milkshake I had there was sooo delicious I wanted seconds.

Worst service.The website and the sign on the door both show the store will be opened at 11 am on Sunday. I was at the door right at 11:00am and the the door still lock. The staffs saw me but they completely ignored. They were bantering and had too much fun that they didn't care opening the store untill 11:13. If it was not because of my niece's birthday cake I would had left and never returned to that store.There were 3 staffs in the store, they are all Indian descend.

Do not go here for take out. My wife ordered ice cream. When I arrived exactly the time that they said it would be ready it wasn’t ready. He said I’m working on it. 10 minutes later they are yelling and chasing someone down in the parking lot accusing them of stealing and possibly me. I was on my phone and just had 4 men yelling at me about ice cream. I felt like it was maybe everyone’s first day working ever. They accused me of stealing then they found out after 20 minutes that they just didn’t make my order. A hour later from ordering still no ice cream. I left and sent my wife back. Before I left I told you I was never coming here again and going to give you one star. Guess what I lied I gave you 2 stars.

Wonderful experience! The staff were friendly and customer-focused, and the ice cream was great!

Literally mortified. I ordered two birthday cake remixes to be delivered to the house. Upon eating the ice cream and taking a bite I cracked my tooth and was MORTIFIED to find a staple in my ice cream. I couldn't remove it for a while.. I let it go. A few moments later my husband pulls out a staple from his ice cream. Picture attached of the staples found in the ice cream.Avoid this spot. That could have killed us.

Nice place! The ice cream was really good, and the family and I really enjoyed eating their ice cream. I had 'Sweet Cream', I highly recommend!
