Hate the ordering kiosk.. Multiple steps, questions, etc.
And then my order never went through on this day.
Been a happy, frequent customer until the Kiosk went in. Now all focus seems to be directed to take out/catering(?)
Let’s pay attention to the folks dining in as before and bring back that neighborly spot to enjoy.

Nice spot, they had gluten free options that had flavor. It’s a walk up kiosk order and they bring the food. My food could have been warmer for a better experience but it was good. The atmosphere was a pleasant and relaxing experience. Would definitely visit again.

Had to ask for cups, where to get coffee and water but this was tolerable. The atmosphere was terrible. Children were running from one end of the dining room to the other screaming. The parents did nothing nor did the manager to make it a pleasant dining experience.

I keep trying to give this place chances and they continue to disappoint. It’s not hard to read a paper and make a sandwich. Then i have to be the one to ask if my order is ready yet 15 minutes later. Do better it’s not hard to have good customer service. Keep your automated apologies last time I’m ordering from this place.

I had bacon avocado egg breakfast. It was pretty good. You order at a kiosk, but they bring it to you or you can do togo order.

I was so sad. I have an allergy and I kept asking for help but they kept saying, “just use the kiosk”. My past wasn’t fully cooked either. With that said it is a fun place to eat and my friend enjoyed her breakfast dish so if you are going for brunch o guess get breakfast is the lesson.

Walked in at 8 pm and started to order at the kiosk. A girl walked up to me, apologized and said that they wouldn't be able to fill our order for 40 minutes because the was one large group there (the rest of the place was vacant). Then she locked the doors, when we decided not to wait, she had to unlock the doors to let us out, they close at 9.

Paid $20 for a crappy sandwich, chips, and a drink. Sandwich had barely any turkey and avocado was forgotten. Ended up getting a cup with avocado slices the I ended up cutting myself because they were so thickly sliced. Seem like the person making the sandwich couldn’t grasp how to do it. Terrible. For a restaurant in Southlake, it is substandard. Wish I had chosen to go anywhere else.

Updated 2025: this brand is living off an OLD reputation and needs to simply shut down so something better can occupy their prime space! When Corner Bakery owned it, it was very clean and the manager was out running food on the weekends because it was so packed with people.

Now, the location is filthy - dirt everywhere, they have a ton of kiosks with no people taking orders, the carpet has black marks on it from wear and booths are ripped. It’s ghetto and that’s the truth.

I ordered what used to be my favorite which is a cinnamon roll. The rude employee said “don’t use the display ones” (which actually looked better) to another employee. Instead, they had a massive can of icing that looked like a paint bucket just sitting on the counter, frosted it out of the bucket. Nothing like what it used to taste like and honestly not really appealing to have a massive bucket of frosting sitting in front of customers.

I’m glad I came back after a few years to remind myself why I don’t go. Best part of the experience was LEAVING!!

Ate at Southlake location for dinner on 9/28. Floors and tables were dirty - location really needs a refresh.
It looked like the tea had spilled all over the beverage station and was just sitting there.
I ordered my usual choose 2 and was so disappointed! Normally, you get a decent serving of macaroni (the cafe size), on this visit, I got probably 4-5 bites of macaroni because they’d put so little in the bowl.

Had a nice breakfast. I haven't been to corner bakery in a while
It was pretty quiet there. Maybe lunch is there up time. Everything was nice

I love this one location in Southlake!! I miss the one we had in arboretum area. I know we have one in RR, but it's not the same.

Absolutely appalling restaurant. We’ve been to many Corner Bakery locations over the years but this Southlake Location is the worst. We decided to pop in after church today and the first best part was having to use their kiosk to order, meanwhile four employees behind the counter talking about their weekend. The kiosk asked me to leave a tip! What the what? For what?

Let’s talk about how disgusting this establishment is. The floors were appalling, it’s as if they haven’t swept or cleaned in weeks or months. The windows had finger prints, the table tops are chipped and dirty, and there is a layer of dust on every piece of furniture.

You could make the case that they had a busy lunchtime and it was today’s mess, but this wasn’t the case.

We will definitely not be back.

What a great breakfast! I had never had the buttermilk pancakes before, but they were incredible. I also ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich, and it was quite tasty. I recommend adding mayo to that sandwich if you like your sandwich saucy.
