Duff's Famous Wings

Some of the best wings that Ive ever had. Our waitress, Mariah, was super friendly and helpful due to it being our first time there. We were able to try some of the sauces first to test the heat level. We had hot, blazing, bbq, hot honey (tasted more like Hawaiian to me), and spicy dill (with hot as a base). We had the honey and blazing bbq finished on the grill (carmelizing them).

This place stank, mane!!

Heard so many great things about Duff’s, but honestly it didn’t live up to the hype. The wings weren’t crispy at all—just kind of soggy and drowning in way too much sauce. Didn’t look anything like the pictures I’d seen, which was a letdown. I like crispy chicken wings so I thought Duff's would be a safe bet based on the pictures and reviews. The flavor was okay, but the texture really threw me off. Left feeling disappointed, especially after all the rave reviews. Maybe I just caught them on an off day, but I was expecting better.

Walked in and was lied to that the kitchen is closed 15min before closing but it was 8:40pm felt they lied called and the manager Zack made excuses. I wonder why they didn't want to serve my Mexican family.

I only tasted bone in wings. They were okay a little over cooked and fries were average.

We have been to this location SEVERAL times on Sunday for Buffalo Bills games. Today we came and they had trouble getting the game on because of YouTube issues and no one (customers) had a problem with that and just accepted that it was beyond their control. We asked to move tables so we were able to watch the game and they said it was fine. Then at half time a manager(owner??) came to our table extremely aggressive and rude and in a raised voice with just anger on his face yelled at us for “being here for three hours” mind you that is what EVERYONE here is doing, at a six top table when we only had three in our party. There are two other six tops one had a man with a baby in a booster seat and the other was three people. This manager/owner didn’t say a single thing to either table. We are regular customers and I have never been this embarrassed in a restaurant before. He was so loud that other tables turned to look at us. I did not feel comfortable for the second half of the game and almost left. How can you act like this during a Bills game to regular customers in full Buffalo gear? Does your business not want Buffalo fans at the Buffalo wing joint? I just cannot believe he talked to us in that manner. We planned our day to slowly get wings and appetizers throughout the game because we were going to be here for the whole game. After this experience I will probably go to a Bills Backer place that treats their customers better. Just gobsmacked how it felt comfortable talking that way to a guest.

Then after my review was posted on here the owner came back to the table and said that I was no longer allowed at the establishment because of my review. His unprofessionalisn just continued to the end. I will make sure this review is seen by all of the local Bills Backers groups as well.

Update: I did not say anything rude or aggressive to anyone. When you came out of nowhere red faced and yelling at us for being in a restaurant for the length of a football game I told you that “how you just approached us was very rude and you were full of anger” you then threw your hands in the air in a second fit of rage (that was seen by the whole restaurant enough for several guests to ask what happened) and said “I’m done! I’m done!” No one except you raised your voice, no one but you was rude or aggressive. You flipped out for no reason then when I pointed out how aggressive you were you got embarrassed and flipped out again. Your anger and rage was simply out of control.

You want hot wings with taste? This is your place! Cold beer and the parm/garlic fries are off the chain.
Get there early, they are busy!

Ignore any and all bad reviews: These are the best and hottest wings in DFW, period. Super tender and juicy, but more importantly, "Afterlife" is the hottest wing sauce, by far, that I've ever had at a wing joint. It absolutely smokes anything you'll find at Buffalo Wild Wings, Pluckers, Hooters, etc. I've eaten some pretty hot foods, including a raw ghost pepper, and this sauce is hotter. Eating just 5 of these is a true human accomplishment, think "comprehensive mouth incineration". FREAKING AWESOME... a HOT wing lovers paradise!

ps - get the fried pickles.

My two favorite foods in one place, chicken wings and poutine! This french Canadian born dude loves his poutine and this was awesome. Wings were tasty and well cooked, frosty mug with Molson Canadian was great, service was superb, I will be back again and again!
