Kudos to the gentleman behind the counter today I should have gotten his name! I was there for a delivery order in which the items were unavailable unfortunately but he deserves a shout out for his kindness and professional demeanor. I really appreciate good service, thank you sir :)

Rude, rude people, why are these people allowed to behave this way? The worst part is that the restaurant is absolutely filthy. And staff is on their cell phones. Completely oblivious. Can’t believe Dunkin’ allows this. Will never step inside this place again.

The older Gentleman that took care of me was awesome. The two women working there were absolutely useless. After not hearing anyone in the drive through for 5 minutes I went to the window. One of the women (the manager I assume), looked over at me, then continued to ignore me. She looked back over at me waiting multiple times. The women working there do not care, terrible customer service from them. The older gentleman working the kitchen was phenomenal.

No. I go here to get my dad breakfast everyday (I know, it’s what he wants though) and the last two days days I have returned home with a sandwich that is somehow burnt with cold unmelted cheese on it. Kid at the window is very polite but it’s someone in the kitchen has just stopped caring.

Overall I'm not sure whom the franchise owner is but the staff has an attitude as long as the 35. Completely entitled , I got a burnt breakfast sandwich. I believe the manager there is the one who served it when I said have a great day. Her response was OK with some kind of attitude what is going on with this place if it's that insufferable don't work there, treat people well come and purchase things from you they are reason why you're here.
Since the young people here want to play their music over the sound system inside so loud I couldn't even talk on my phone Can't even describe what kind of music it is I shall not return

This location was clean, the service was excellent, extremely professional and friendly ?I have ordered a latte decaffeinated, low fat and sugar free.This warm latte is just as good as some of the well-known coffee ?It complemented the donut.Great date location?

I just went inside and stood there for more than 5 minutes. There were 2 persons working in there. No customers in the lobby, maybe one car in the drive thru but the employees didn’t even acknowledge my presence. Just ignored me. I just walked out. Exceptionally poor service. Corporate should look into this.
