Such a great restaurant and we had a phenomenal waitress named Lindsay. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and anticipated our every need. The roasted jalapeño soup is definitely a must! So delicious. They always have great variety in their specials. Give this place a try!

The fish is alway really fresh cooked perfectly. Their menu seasoning always adds to the flavor and expected taste of the dish. Accompanying vegetables are also a great addition to every meal.

This food was not good at all!!!Catfish had no flavor, batter was very bland!I’m a old country boy who knows what good fish is,it’s all about the batter! The fries were very hard, not crispy…Hard! The shrimp was just ok!My fiancée also said her Cod did not have a good flavor either…I really hate to waste my money like this!

We used to love this place. But last time we went service was really slow, and it wasn’t even busy. We still gave it another try tonight, and it was the same bad service, and only three tables. Employees standing around not doing much of anything. We sat for ten minutes waiting on ’Our’ waitress. She comes one time to the table next to us, checks on them, and walks on by. Finally she comes by to take our drink order, and we give it then say we’re ready to order. She tells us she will be back and walks off. A few minutes later she comes back with ONE glass of water, then asks what wine we had asked for. We tell her and say we’re ready to order. Again, “I’ll be back” and heads off. We decided we were done with the circus show, and leave, telling her she can cancel the wine. Won’t be back here again. We will drive 30 minutes out of our way to visit another location that knows how to take care of their patrons.

I had the tilapia sandwich, my husband had grilled catfish & shrimp and our friend tried the rainbow trout. It was all good! We will be back.

I called this location to ask if they were one of the franchises that were participating in the oysters and margaritas special and asked to speak to the manager because the employee that answered the phone sounded unfamiliar and unsure of this special. Once the manager picked up the phone, his tone was sharp, unfriendly and snappy when answering my question about the special. That was totally unnecessary. I definitely won’t visit this location if they handle their customers on the phone in such an unprofessional manner. I can only imagine what the customer service would be like if I actually patronized their business.

Some of the best fish tacos around. Skip the side of fries and try the black beans, rice & spicy sausage instead. You won't ever go back to fries again!

The food here is below average at best. All of their seafood is seasoned so horribly bland. The entire meal tasted like a store bought tv dinner. It's overpriced and underwhelming. The hush puppies were about the only decent thing we ordered.

Just in the mood for some seafood and had never tried Fish City. The inside is actually smaller than we imagined, giving it an intimate kind of neighborhood beach feel to it, even though it is in a strip mall. Everything was as ordered and on time, which is always a good sign. We had different levels of hunger, so we were in the mood for different things. My wife and I each just had soup and a side. My Red beans and rice were quite good, though nothing spectacular, but my garlic wilted spinach was excellent but small. My wife thought her crab bisque was very very good and real given the few pieces of shell in it (a good sign), but the cheese grits were quite dull. My son had the shrimp po’boy which had a good level of shrimp and the bread was toasted perfectly. The highlight looked to be the Serafin fish tacos that my daughter-in-law had. They were huge and perfectly done and seasoned. We will return to this location or another that we pass at times. The menu is plenty big enough and if hungrier, will try one of the many fresh fish specials on the board.
This little fish house in the Southlake area of Dallas is AMAZING! Fresh fish and seafood with a unique spin and presentation. Please do yourself a favor and try the Redfish and Amberjack dishes, along with the gumbo. So delicious and fresh!

Wife loved the crusted cat fish! Shrimp was also tasty. I'm not a fish lover so I had the hamburger and was BLOWN away at how good it was, ESPECIALLY for a place that specializes in fish. The fry's were also good. Sign me up for a return trip! Oh, and the service was extraordinary for our group of 9.
