"My husband and I used to frequent Gloria’s Latin Cuisine in Colleyville and loved it, so we decided to try the Southlake location. We went on a Saturday night and, as expected, there was a long wait due to the no reservations policy on weekends (reservations are only accepted Monday to Thursday). If you have a large group and plan to visit on a weekend, arrive early to secure a table. The food and drinks were amazing, and the prices were reasonable compared to other restaurants in Southlake. The ambiance was inviting, although parking near the restaurant was difficult; however, there was plenty of parking just a two-minute walk away near the REI store. We ordered the tostadas and aquachile verde both of which tasted incredibly fresh and delicious. The complimentary chips and salsa were a nice touch, and they also offer a gluten-free menu."Dietary restrictions: They have a separate gluten free menu

Nice location and good atmosphere. Particularly the covered deck area. I had the fajitas which came on a sizzling hot plate. I found them to be very bland. I tasted peppers and onions but no decernable seasoned steak or chicken flavor. I liked the chicken better than the steak. Both were nice and tender. Combo plate came with 4 slices of each meat so you could make 3 to 4 fajitas. Rice was quite tasty. Refried beans were as expected with any refried beans. We had a group of prople and in talking with people after everyone said it was alright or ok. Only one in the group who had the shrimp tacos was over impressed.

Not my favorite Tex Mex of all time, but Gloria's is always consistent, delicious, and a fun atmosphere. We used to go to one in Fort Worth before we moved out to the Roanoke/Keller area. I've been to a few different locations and I'm always pleased with their consistency. We came here on a Saturday and were pleasantly surprised to be seated almost immediately. My husband ordered the red snapper tacos while I had the verdes enchiladas. The enchiladas were okay: the sauce was great, but the chicken was a little bland. The sauce on top of the enchiladas definitely made up for it, but it was a little disappointing. The chips and salsas are always a treat. They bring out a trio: a red salsa, green salsa, and black bean dip. We also opted for some queso, which is always pretty good. Their chips are always great: thin and crispy! The atmosphere at this location is nice and you're right by Southlake Town Center. I always appreciate the valet service as well. It makes it super convenient, especially since the area gets pretty busy on weekends and at night! Overall, this location is decent, I'd definitely recommend it for a quick dinner or to have something familiar!
