The breads are good, some are a little dry though, and the service could be improved.

The food is good, but the coffee is the best. Their cappuccino is in a whole other league. I try desperately to replicate it at home...

I have loved this little bakery for years but only come occasionally due to high prices. I was very disappointing to come again recently and see the quality of the baked goods seems to be going downhill. The loafs are small and look overdone on the bottom. Their sweet breads seem misshapen. The challah is not as fresh and buttery, and it’s uneven. I was so disappointed I did not buy one loaf. Also, they were out of the usual bread for their breakfast sandwich (cheddar biscuit) and so they wanted to upcharge for the higher “custom bread” option! That’s a very rude policy. I don’t want to pay extra when it’s not my fault they are out of supply. Their white bread sandwich (Italian) was very good, and I liked the grilled cheese although it maybe was too artisan for our kiddos. In short, this place is no longer good for any sweet breads; but they have nice sandwiches and sandwich breads.

They have THE BEST COOKIES AND SOURDOUGH BREAD.

I love Great Harvest! I drive 40 mins each way to pick up multiple loaves of bread (freeze a few) every couple months. Great product and service, thank you!

Don’t come if you’re on a time crunch. Multiple employees and no other customers? it took 13 minutes to make an herbal tea.

Jenna went above and beyond in fulfilling our order and was wonderful to work with!! We picked up some treats before our flight to California to take to family members who were affected by the fires .. she was more than kind!! We will be back because of her !

I come here every year for holiday treats for coworkers and just love the quality and freshness. There was an issue with my order and Siti and Amal went above and beyond to make it right at closing time! This is the holiday spirit I remember as a child! Thank you ladies!

I was looking forward to show off Great Harvest to my work colleagues but it was a let down. The cinnamon chip monkey bread and the chocolate Babka bought on 12/16/24 were stale and dry on 12/17/24.

Exceptional customer service, delicious and consistent food, and convenient location. One of the managers Ever went above and beyond when I redeemed a free reward for a dessert by surprising me with two instead of one when I had trouble deciding. I got my food to go and didn’t know what he did until I opened the bag after they had closed. When I called the next day, Siti continued the amazing customer care by helping me figure out which employee it was who helped me! She had a lot of patience and was very caring. Thank you to the Southlake Great Harvest employees for making this location the greatest in the metroplex!

The smell of freshly baked bread engulfs the atmosphere as you walk through the door. The employees here greet you immediately, sometimes several within minutes of your arrival. Their attentiveness reassures you that they notice you and are happy to serve you. There were several employees kneading bread at the center of the store behind the registers, and it feels a lot like a Hallmark Movie. There is a cozy atmosphere in this place, with several styles of seating for you to select the one that fits your mood. Go give this place a try. You won't be disappointed.
