Today was a quick visit to great Harvest Bread Co. off of East Southlake Boulevard. In Southlake, Tx. The bread, muffin and cookies were great.

The Virginian rolls are sooooo amazing, and not too sweet! I would say if you’re serious into sourdough, don’t buy it here since they only replicate the taste and lists “yeast” on the ingredients. Everything else looks super enticing and I’ll definitely be trying more stuff from here!

Food overall is a 10/10, now the staff and employees need to put some more effort into their work. All of the workers are teenagers and it feels like nobody is properly managing. I wish I could say it only happens “sometimes” but unfortunately it is an ongoing event, they have forgotten our food that we ordered and then we have to go up to the front and ask for what we paid for.

Great atmosphere to settle down and study. Smells of fresh bread and it's got a great nook in the corner if you can snag it! The service is always professional. The pumpkin chocolate chip muffin keeps me coming back!

Most of the foods don’t look like this. The whole place feels like someone whanted to own a Starbucks but didn’t get permission so they just copied the homework as close as they could. It was a disappoint start to finish but the staff was nice.

The music this Saturday morning is HORRIBLE. My husband and I have to leave the restaurant. Hard rock does not cut it for this type of eatery.

Awful customer service! Poor employee attitudes! I ordered online, 20 minutes later I walked into the store, I was ignored for another 7 minutes (the employees blatantly ignored eye contact), when I was finally approached, I was told my order was not even submitted, I waited another 10 minutes after watching several other people receive their orders, I walked up and found that my order had been sitting in the back. They ignored my online order, had me waiting even longer in store and did not even attempt to rectify the mistake but instead tossed my order to the back not letting me know it was ready. What a joke! 45 mins to get a sandwich with no concern for customer service or someones time. The final insult, is the sandwich is not even what I ordered online.

FANTASTIC sandwich at a good price. I even got an extra pickle!
Sorry for the empty plate photo. Didn't have time before eating everything.
Gracie was awesome. She pretty much made the whole visit and memorable experience.

The breads are good, some are a little dry though, and the service could be improved.

The food is good, but the coffee is the best. Their cappuccino is in a whole other league. I try desperately to replicate it at home...
I have loved this little bakery for years but only come occasionally due to high prices. I was very disappointing to come again recently and see the quality of the baked goods seems to be going downhill. The loafs are small and look overdone on the bottom. Their sweet breads seem misshapen. The challah is not as fresh and buttery, and it’s uneven. I was so disappointed I did not buy one loaf. Also, they were out of the usual bread for their breakfast sandwich (cheddar biscuit) and so they wanted to upcharge for the higher “custom bread” option! That’s a very rude policy. I don’t want to pay extra when it’s not my fault they are out of supply. Their white bread sandwich (Italian) was very good, and I liked the grilled cheese although it maybe was too artisan for our kiddos. In short, this place is no longer good for any sweet breads; but they have nice sandwiches and sandwich breads.
