Went for the Pre Fixed New Year's Eve dinner before the hotel event. They had two servers for a packed event. The service was unbelievably slow, the food took over an hour to get, the steaks were over cooked, drinks were forgotten, and the entire dinner situation seemed to he completely mishandled and poorly planned out. Mind you this was 85 dollars a person.
The Christmas Day brunch at Jellico's was lovely and included everything and more to make a nice brunch. Most importantly, the cost didnt break the bank. And the quality of the food was excellent. Service was outstanding!
Really enjoyed the Christmas Eve menu. The Lobster Bisque and deserts were phenomenal. It didn't stop there since Christmas Day Brunch was a show stopper as well - from the Carving station, to the Omelette station, and deserts. Everything was thoughtfully curated. My Family & I will be back. Maybe even our new tradition!
The brunch was awesome and the server Carlos was outstanding. We can't wait to visit again!
Understaffed with slow service as a result
We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. We made a reservation a couple of days in advance, but they still didn't have the table ready with enough chairs. They were frantically trying to get a chair while we were the only ones in the restaurant. Our server took forever to come out to take our order. After two and a half cups of coffee, they ran out and it took them 30-40 minutes to brew another pot. At 12 PM, some of us wanted lattes, but they were told they were out of coffee completely. The food took almost an hour to arrive. When we asked for a toast, it took them 20 minutes to bring it out. The food was terrible. Considering that we were the only ones in the restaurant, there were no other guests, the service and food were terrible. It was not worth it at all.
Excellent brunch on Sunday. Great food, service and ambience.

Great staff, food quality, all convenient during your stay. They could use more music or partitions to break up the huge space but that doesn’t change the food or service.

Salad was mediocre with runny, very diluted ranxhdressing. Sandwich with chicken was so dry. Felt like eating at a school cafeteria. Not what I expected at a Westin Hotel restaurant. Disappointed.
Food was below average, and I really hate saying that because we wanted to love this place. For $50 a plate, it should be more than just okay — but everything came out a bit mushy and lacked texture. Sadly, we were the only people in the entire restaurant for most of the evening, which made for an awkward and quiet experience. The space itself is spotless but feels extremely sterile, with very little warmth or personality. I wish I could recommend it, but based on our experience, I'd suggest trying somewhere else. Hostess was on her phone most of the night.

Overrated and underwhelming.
I really wanted to like Jellico’s the atmosphere is nice, and the space feels like it should deliver a great dining experience. But honestly, the food and service just don’t live up to the hype or the prices.
The presentation is fine, but the flavors fall flat. My dish came out lukewarm, and the seasoning was barely there. The staff were polite but seemed disorganized long waits for simple things like drink refills or checks. For a place with this kind of branding and location, I expected a lot more.
There are better options nearby in Southlake and Grapevine that deliver both quality and consistency without trying so hard to feel “fancy.” Jellico’s just doesn’t justify the price tag or the reputation.

Impossible to get seated on a Saturday morning although we were hotel guests. Staff was literally hiding from customers/guests at hotel.

Brunch Review: Food was good option to grab and go, as apposed to other options; however, I would not recommend if you are looking for a tailored dinning experience.

I enjoy Jellico's every time I go; excellent food and service as well. Rish (one of the excellent waiters) was awesome - professional and personable as well. I highly recommend Jellico's!
Here on business and had a late dinner. A young man took my order and was virtually invisible afterwards. Andrea Rincon (hostess) attended my table as if she was my waitress. She was most polite and attentive to all my requests. She has an upbeat demeanor and a great attitude. She makes an excellent server and maybe one who could lead. Thank you Andrea for making a long day seem not so long!
