I went into this establishment on Thursday the 4th is Sep around 6 pm; and a nice young man greeted me and then another one did. I placed my order and the young men working there were polite, efficient, and pleasant to chat with. I wish more folks would behave as they did. Our subs were delicious and tasty.
I recommend this Jersey Mike’s and will definitely be back. Kudos to the kind team there!

Every time we go in, the staff is friendly, efficient, and consistent. Ownership is local and supports so many organizations in and around Southlake and our schools. Our favorite sandwich shop! 💚

This is the worst Jersey Mike in the area!!!
This is the second time in a row Jersey Mike's has failed to include my entire order before sealing the bag for DoorDash pickup. It's frustrating to open a carefully taped-up bag only to find items missing again. What's worse--they refuse to take any responsibility and instead tell me to deal with DoorDash for a refund or go pickup it up myself (what's the point of paying for a delivery service and how was this DoorDash fault?) It's unacceptable that a business won't own up to its mistakes or make it right with the customer. I expect better quality control and accountability.

Today I received the wrong sand-which, when I went to request the correct one Billy Jean and her team went above and beyond to make it right! She made a difficult situation a very exceptional experience! Keep up the great work team!!
