Over and over again the KFC on Kimball Ave. in Southlake, Texas leaves something out of our order. Tonight, my husband ordered 2-3 piece chicken meals (including mashed potatoes, gravy, cole slaw and a biscuit in each one - all dark crispy meat - with 1-chocolate cake and 1-lemon cake. So I didn’t get correct Oder and have been trying to get through for an hour now not good enough
Maybe a call to consumers will fix that
