2nd time Ive been here and both times got 0 food. I sat 8n drive thru for a couple minutes and a guy finally comes and and said we will be right with you a couple minutes later I drive off because nobody came back. I was the only person in drive thru and only 1 customer inside. While I was driving 9ff the guy was sitting in the dinning room with his feet propped up on the table wearing a headset like really, and stupid stuff like this is why you rating is under 3 because yall don't care.

I came to KFC to get dinner and went through the drive thru, well when I was going to order, the man taking the order says their not taking anymore orders for KFC because they ran out of chicken and also said they weren't able to make it for me or anyone else in line as well. This is where they serve chicken right? Well apparently not, this KFC needs better management, I won't be coming back, Terrible.

Just left the store, being told that they don't have fries, wedges, or any chicken nuggets, available. I was told at the drive thru and in store to wait 15 minutes for the chicken. And no potato sides were available.
Honestly, not sure how they can be open if they are unable to have the items being presented on the menu.

Why is the lobby closed at 9:30 when it clearly says the lobby closed at 10 they had a table full of girls on the inside so guess they wanted a friend hang out and not work the hours on the door says they close at 10 and all manager needs to look in to this. Seems more like a hang out then then working.

I stopped by KFC for dinner and noticed a sign in the window that said if you order $15 online, you’ll get an 8pc chicken. The cashier told me the coupon was no longer valid, but when I politely mentioned the sign should be removed if that’s the case, she agreed and honored it anyway. Also Ester informed me it would be 15 minutes on my order because it will be cooked fresh. Thank you, Ester, for owning it and delivering on the promise. This is the kind of service customers appreciate!

I drove through the drive-through and order a four piece tenders meal 24 minutes later after being asked to park and wait I walked in to figure out where my order was and then had another 10 minute wait to get my meal
12:30 today.

Worst KFC/Taco Bell every been too. I could right a story about this place. The order took about 25 minutes. I spoke to on duty manager and her response was if you ordered KFC your order will come sooner than if you ordered Taco Bell. I ordered Taco Bell. I just think that response is completely unacceptable. There was a general manager or owner sitting out in diner doing work on lap top. My suggestion was he needs to get back and help. That's it I won't ever visit this location again. Will never recommend this place. Do better KFC/Taco Bell owner!
