Waited more than 40 minutes for 3 pieces of chicken, while the manager and employees were im the back having a good old time. Not the first time this has happened

Every time we attempt to place an order there is ALWAYS an issue. Either they don’t have chicken (mind blown) or they gave our paid order to someone else! So we have to wait over 30 minutes to get chicken cooked! Who owns this franchise should know what crappy service is given. Just close if you can’t provide food or customer service. Let another company that wants to actually provide food take over that location!

What can I say... I did an online order went inside to finish waiting on my order. No one came to the counter, they walked by me. Guess i waited 10- 15 minutes before someone finally came to the counter. So I said I was there to pick up my on-line he said oh okay then went around the corner started talking to someone. So I told him again my name . Then he said I only have two orders . Oh wait here's your order. We'll I thought that was it until I dropped my food off at my friend's few minutes later my friend called and said the order was missing the large Cole slaw. I told her I'm so sorry I will call back at KFC and let them know. But no one even answered the phone. I even tried again when I got home but still no one answered the phone at KFC. Another thing I also asked for an receipt but the guy atKFC SAID

Doors were locked @11:30am, you can see people working. Had a line in drive though was taking orders then just randomly stopped. Location needs to be closed down

This is the worst drive-thru place in Southlake which is sad plan on sitting in line for almost 20 to 30 minutes before you get your food in the drive-thru I even attempted to go inside additional 15 minutes or more I don't know what the heck's going on and how this establishment is still busy

I ordered an 8 piece family meal via the app. When I got home, we noticed that large container of coleslaw was half full and the both containers for the large Mash and large gravy were also half full. And there were 3 and 1/2 biscuits. The half biscuit is in the pic below. Totally disappointing. This store is horrible. I even tried to call and let it ring for quite a while. Then they picked up and quickly hung up.

Hello, I went through the drive through and it was an amazing time, the drive through worker Ethan was very cute and pretty and I wanted to kiss him on his lips I asked for his number but he said he was dating a guy named Sohan and we were making small talk about things while he was very polite and the food was alright but the drive through experience made it 10 times better baby!

I have sitting in DT for 30 minutes and geez no cars are moving what is going on . I understand might be staff shortages or what ever reason … now I m late for my other appointments and I couldn’t get out of line . Not happy not coming back. And no one in the lobby to say they were busy .
