I spent 37min of my 35 min lunch break in your drive thru and that was just to get me to the extra exit I never made it to the order stand by that time. Might as well go to a sit down restaurant. I hate to be the one to break the new to you but this is supposed to be a FAST food place

Experience in drive through was quite poor. No greeting, a straight, “yes?” Followed by silence. After I put in my order, straight silence followed by the $$$ amount. I’m not there to make friends or anything but, come on management team, put some effort in. At least follow your CSM training.

Honestly, every time I come here, it just gets worse. There's always a high wai time for chicken. There's usually only one person actually doing work. Even though the store seems fully staffed, a bunch of people are usually just standing around on their phones and not actually doing anything. Honestly, think I might just not come to this location anymore
If this place has a review higher than a 2 star id expect it's an employee that made it or a bot

February 18. 2025. Disaster would be a small word for this establishment lately . Have had a few bad moments suchbas we have no drumsticks, or no orgiinal or we have no this or that but due to convenience as it's on the way home a KFC has always been a favorite I continued to go. Yesterday workers stood around to a crowds of people some waiting 25 to 30 minutes while being told we have no chicken after the orders had already been processed. When asked again what does that mean no chicken period or made no one had a response. My husband asked perhaps check with your leader who was one of the ones standing in the background allowing the younger staff to take the heat. We'll after the chicken question was answered and in fact there was chicken just not prepared we proceed to take home our freshly fried whole bucket. Well, as we serve we look at it and looks nothing like KFC at all, we're a bit perplexed and notice no breading no anything. Lo and behold they basically threw chicken pieces in hot oil and placed it buckets. No herbs no spices chicken in oil basically. This is a great location with horrible leadership. I mean with Poc systems you should probably know down to the wing how much to make etc. Not here just a shame we threw away the disgusting oil fried chicken

KFC has lost their mind. You can't order an individual meal with a chicken breast without paying an up charge. I didn't know that and only discovered it once I got my bill.
I am not going back. All other chicken places offer meals with a breast with no charge. With way better chicken.
Chicken has gone downhill anyway. Was overcooked. Dr Pepper was flat.
Col. Sanders would not have let this happen. Shame on this company.
Plus I am a senior and get discount at other chicken places. Not much but helps.

We pulled up at 8:10pm on a Saturday night and the dining room was closed. Hours posted says 10:30pm. Then we had to pull to the front to wait for our food. We waited almost 20 minutes for them to bring our food out to us.

This is my GO-TO KFC location...or WAS!
My wife went thru the drive thru tonight Dec 6 2024 and purchased kfc as well as Taco Bell. On my Taco Bell order They gave her beef instead of chicken, which they corrected, after she returned to the drive thru, with no problem, but she didnt check the chicken order because we never had a problem at this location. But this order was totally messed up, I ordered a 2 pc combo (white meat). They gave me an OLD burnt wing that was totally unedible and a THIGH! NO BREAST! They finished me off with 3/4 order of fries ( I didnt eat any fries when I took this pic). This was just an overall
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
I WOULD NOT RECOMEND! STAY AWAY!

Every time we order on the app ahead of time we come in and no one is doing anything but talking and we come in at the pickup time and ALWAYS end up waiting 30 mins for our pick up order that we placed ahead of time. These workers don’t care, sit around and gossip. It’s a shame we have to drive farther to get better service at a kfc. We won’t come back to the Southlake location again. This happens every time we come which is often but not anymore. The whole purpose of ordering ahead is to walk out with your food faster. They definitely don’t do that here.

The Taco Bell at this location is disappointing. Even with no other customers, the drive-thru takes an unusually long time. Orders are often incorrect, with missing items and subpar food quality.
