We were celebrating a birthday so scheduling reservation was easy for our date and time. Seated promptly and service was excellent throughout the evening. Great wine selection. Wonderful selections on menu as we both had steaks cooked as we requested. Birthday celebration was appropriate and delicious dessert included. We've been to Kirby's several times and they maintain a great standard. Will return for next special occasion!

Our dinner at Kirby's was fantastic! The wedge salad was delicious as was the mushroom soup. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and were incredibly tender. One member of our party had the red fish and it was superb with fantastic flavor. We split the turtle cheese cake for dessert and that was the icing on top of a great meal and a great night out. Our server was also excellent, each course was timed well and we never felt rushed!

It's been awhile since we had eaten at Kirby's and it was always very good but this time it was great. Great food, great service and our waiter Richard was awesome. Great food recommendation when he steered me from a great ribeye to their awesome prime rib. The attentiveness of the entire staff was also very good. We'll be back.

Great 1st time experience made special by Monny (Monty?) The selections were great for both food and drinks! We enjoyed the half Waygu half American steaks that were cooked as requested and excellent. We also enjoyed a beef tip and mushroom soup as well as a wedge salad 😋. The atmosphere was amazing and we could actually hear each other talking (a lost venue these days). They took our picture and gave us a photograph copy to bring home. We will definitely be back!

Kirby's is our favorite steakhouse. The sides are amazing. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Our waiter Richard was excellent too!

This restaurant offered an amazing dining experience. My table ordered the bacon potato soup, 7oz pepper steak, Mac n Cheese, and blueberry crumble cheesecake. The steak definitely ranks in my top 10, and everything else was also of high quality. I was impressed with the generous portion sizes, especially since higher-priced steakhouses often skimp on appetizers and desserts, but that wasn't the case here. Friendly staff as well.

Our first time at Kirby’s, last night, 10/1, for my birthday was 10/10. The ambiance was amazing. The service was amazing… shout out to Damien for answering all of our questions about the food, knowing the menu and making solid suggestions. Additionally, he was so warm and his service was impeccable. Astrid one of the managers came over several times to check in on us and she was so kind and funny. She really takes great pride in her job and sharing the history of the restaurant and it showed in how she interacted not only with us but every patron she had talked with. I have been to other steakhouses and none beat Kirby’s. We will be back. Thank you again, Damien for making my birthday so memorable!
