If I could give this place negative stars.. I would. Never encountered a place with not only slow service.. but actually BAD/RUDE service. Service was so bad.. I’ve decided to walk out of the place with 2 young kids wanting boba empty handed. Not worth your time.. take your business somewhere else.
Response to Management reply. There is no misunderstanding here. Poor service is poor service. Rude service is rude service. There is a polite way to explain things.. and there is how your staff treated customers.. which was plain rude and dismissive.

some of the staff are really nice, others are pretty rude. every time i come here it’s a gamble and i feel like i’m intruding or bothering staff any time i walk in. i’ve resorted to just going to the gongcha in grand prairie any time i’m craving boba. they’re fast, unlike here.

There’s this blue microfiber rag that is used to clean the rim of the cup before the cup is sealed because they over fill the cup. The rag looks very old, they use the SAME one for every drink. Very concerning and not very sanitary. I watched them make both drinks I ordered, they wiped both, the microfiber rag dipped into both drinks. Also the cup that they use to shake the drink, they use the top to scoop through the drink because they overfilled it.
Most likely won’t be coming back to this location..

It was evident that they use high-quality tea and fresh ingredients. The wait time was minimal, a pleasant surprise given the shop's popularity.The cleanliness of the shop was also noteworthy. It was well-maintained and every corner was spotless, making it a very inviting place to relax and enjoy my drink.Overall, this boba shop is a gem! It's the perfect spot for anyone looking to indulge in a tasty, refreshing boba tea in a welcoming environment. I'll definitely be returning soon and bringing friends along to share in this delightful experience. Highly recommend to all boba enthusiasts out there!

This was just the worst experience i have ever had in a restaurant, my order #108494448 at 8:01 pm , 03/01/24 .Staff refused to refund my money for a product they didnt give to me , extremely rude they threatened to call the police for asking for my money back before refunding it. Everything recorded i was never rude or disrespectful.You can’t have people like this who refused to introduce herself on a costumer service position.On the reply below you can read a HORRIBLE costumer service with a lot of lies trying to justify such a terrible performance

Terrible service, we went for drinks with my partner and we ordered a bubba, it turns out that they didn't have bubba for the bubba tea that we ordered and according to the worker, in an arrogant and disrespectful manner, she told us when they took the order, we asked her to cancel the order. and he started to refuse saying that he couldn't do it and that we should leave the store or he was going to call the police without giving us our money back and without giving us any drinks, when really we just wanted our money because they weren't going to give us something we had ordered and I didn't want to and started arguing not to cancel the order, people like that shouldn't be providing service when they have terrible customer service ?? disgust ? service.

I’m sooooo happy there’s finally a close Kung Fu Tea!! I ordered the honey oolong milk tea with boba, 50% sweetness, and light ice. It came out exactly how I liked it! My boyfriend got the coconut milk tea with boba and he was happy with his drink as well.The store is very spacious and seems like it would be a good place to study! The decor is pretty hip and trendy. Just a random observation, the bar area where the employees work seems very cramped while the store is huge. Not a complaint or anything, just found that interesting. I’m hoping this place won’t close down since it was very slow when I stopped by.Just keep in mind that if you ask for light ice they leave room in your cup ? A recommendation would be to have board games you can check out during your visit!

Parking: There’s parking in the front and back!
