This boba place is the best one I've been to! The staff is super nice, and the tapioca pearls are just.. YUMMY. I 100% recommend the original milk tea with pearls or the honey milk black 50% sugar with pearls. I love how they have collabs like Strawberry Shortcake and How To Train Your Dragon.

My 8 yo had the strawberry milk slush and loved it. I had the hot Coco cream wow milk cap. I wanted something hot and caffeine free and it was both. I wasn't sure what to expect. It tasted like butter. I liked it and it was very different from anything I've ever had. The workers were friendly and had our order out right away. They let me know the slush would take 3 minutes.

HORRIBLE experience. Service is SO RUDE My husband and I ordered a tea we thought the place was nice so I went next door to order a cava bowl so we could play Jenga as we ate AND DRANK THERE TEA. We got kicked out in a rude manner because no outside food or drinks was allowed. I UNDERSTAND company policy but it’s the way she said it and was so rude and looked at my son which such disgust. But I know it bothered the lady that my son was moving a chair. Way better boba tasting anyways at other places. I have looked at the other reviews and how many bad reviews have to be left of horrible customer service before the owner takes accountability which he doesn’t by the way. I see how he replies to all the post and doesn’t take accountability. Your a business owner customer is always right. The lady working there is RUDE.

Good boba, but terrible business attitude. Always closing 1 hour almost 2 hours early everyday or at least every other day it seems. If ya’ll don’t want a store here in southlake then just stay closed, because all of this closing early almost everyday has caused us not to even take the chance to go or order online, we will be in the middle of ordering online 2 hours before close but then can’t process our payment since the store already closed. Not sure if staff is an issue but it frustrating and has made us permanently use TotallyTea on glade road, they seem to actually follow their posted store hours.

If I could give this place negative stars.. I would. Never encountered a place with not only slow service.. but actually BAD/RUDE service. Service was so bad.. I’ve decided to walk out of the place with 2 young kids wanting boba empty handed. Not worth your time.. take your business somewhere else.
Response to Management reply. There is no misunderstanding here. Poor service is poor service. Rude service is rude service. There is a polite way to explain things.. and there is how your staff treated customers.. which was plain rude and dismissive.
