I overheard a manager screaming at a teenage worker—it’s never acceptable to yell at minimum wage workers, that behavior is appalling and is enough for me never to come back again. They’re human beings. I refuse to give money to a corporation that doesn’t align with my morals. Also, I saw a roach there once.

Our business in Grapevine often caters with the Southlake location. Oscar always takes care of us. Our orders are delivered early. He offers to set the meals up in room of our choice and has even offered to assist with a delivery not theirs and is always so very helpful! We are thankful for such great customer service and the hard work this store puts forth!

i received my order today. i opened up my box and saw a shocking sandwich. i always order the same thing and have no problems with it but this time i did. my bread was not toasted, the tiniest bit of avocado was on it along with mayonnaise, and one little tomato. forgot to add some items? and still charging full price.
Good food that's affordable. Great service from staff that is very kind and attentive. The atmosphere was great although the cleanliness of the tables need to be kept up as many have forgotten their home training and do not clean after themselves. Come on y'all! Use what you were taught. Make your parents/ grandparents/ guardians, etc. proud ?

First time in today for lunch, friendly and quick service. However I asked for 2 modifications because of health reasons and both were ignored. Asked for no tomatoes and for sandwich to be toasted and neither of those requests were fulfilled. Not complicated so I'm a bit disappointed.
