The GM of this store in Southlake is the worst unprofessional person I've ever experienced in fast food business. Mark my words I will no longer be a customer. In September I had a vehicle accident off on the service road adjacent to this location and my insurance company asked if I could check with this location to view security video and record using my phone. Now I realize this is a big ask but its the manner in which they responded that has me left feeling they are just giving...read full review
