This one has a great location but it is tiny! Drive thru is your best bet.It’s a typical McDonald’s so nothing special about it, but it is a fairly quick & easy off & on when you are headed to grapevine or road trips.Order through the app to earn rewards. Spend rewards on food items but fingers crossed if you actually get them.

There was a guy at the final pickup that was very, very, very rude. I asked for a cup of water and he gave a hand gesture to leave his window. I asked again and he gave the same gesture to leave but I didn't. He finally gave me the water and I drove off. The guy in question has no fingers on his left hand.

Trying to get breakfast before work. They have 2 lines. Get in one line and we're not moving at all the guy keeps telling us to wait. Had to finally leave. The other line had served 4 cars as I waited. I was gonna be late. He didn't seem to care. They need more help.

The manager just screamed at me in the drive thru. I ordered breakfast on the app at 10:20, got there at 10:23, waited in the drive thru line, which was long. Both lines engaged.When I got to the intercom, I gave them my code, my order came up on the screen and she said pull forward. When I got to the window, the first lady told me my order was canceled. I asked why she didn't tell me at the intercom, so she said very rudely, speak to my manager and motioned to the next window. When I got there, Before I could even get a word out the manager named Myrna started literally screaming at me that breakfast was over and my order got canceled. I asked her why the first lady at the intercom wouldn't just say that so I didn't have to wait in line twice. She said well when you order at 10:20 you need to come inside and get it. I've only had the app for a month, this being the 2nd time using it. I have A bit of social anxiety so I try to avoid going into lobbies..random strangers yelling at me and the drive thru definitely doesn't help, so I was already crying at this point. I told her I didn't know the policy and I understand that but I didn't understand why she was screaming at me and I asked for her managers information. When she realized her screaming had made me cry she asked me to come inside. I really didn't want to do that but I did. She told me they would make an exception and make it anyway. I'm not sure if it's because she didn't want to get in trouble or because she felt bad because she upset me to the point of tears. I gave my order again, waited 10 more minutes and received it. I was 1 sandwich short but didn't bother telling them. I asked a different employee what the managers name was on my way out. Thats how I found out it was "myrna". Even though I asked her for her supervisors info I never received it.

I've usually had very good experiences here. I have a lot of anxiety and have a lot of hesitation when I order and they've usually been really nice and understanding. But today I got laughed at repeatedly for asking a stupid question, I know it was stupid, I was just having a hard time ordering. And I apologized repeatedly but they were still laughing as I tried to order. It was so stupid but it was extremely embarrassing. I tried to call the store to see about getting the store number to file a complaint and got hung up on.I don't expect people to make concessions for my anxiety, but I would appreciate if you waited to laugh at me until I couldn't hear it.
