Always great. Service and flavors are great

Was not greeted upon entry even though there were 2 people. One was working the other was just lost older Indian lady. Then she got to us and I asked if I could try one of the flavors. The Indian lady smirked literally straight at me and rolled her eyes and turned around to get the spoon for testing. I was so taken back by how rude she was as she began to get my taste test I said you know what forget it I’m good. I told my husband and we left. She never apologized she knew she was so obvious and didn’t care it was wild. Treated me like garbage and we can take our business elsewhere. I have been here before with similar experience and the ice cream is second rate. A simple Baskin Robbins is much better. They have location that’s it. If any competitor comes they will be out of business. As a matter of fact maybe that will be me lol. Thanks for the idea.

Leaving a review hoping this is a franchise and the local owner can get some feedback. I came in at 2:30 and 4:15 on Saturday, December 28. The two young girls working this shift need some serious training. I saw them help 5 families, including myself, and they never once smiled, spoke, or greeted anyone. They could not seem to care less about their job or anyone visiting the store. It was so bad, I almost said something to them myself. These girls need serious improvement, or need to be removed, as they are making your business look very bad.

Also, the restroom was out of soap and your front counter was out of napkins. Great ice cream, great location, but this place needs to be better managed.

Dear MJ manager- you need to train your young staff. Walked in, place was empty, all girls were on phone. Came to counter with my daughter, no greeting or welcome in, just a blank stare from the young staff you have. Very awkward… will not return. A clear missed opportunity!

Milwaukee Joe’s ice cream cake has been a favorite of mine for years. I requested it for my birthday this year, and my husband visited the Southlake store to buy a cake. I am so disappointed. The cake is stale, the ice cream has ice crystals. It just tastes old. We had friends over for dinner, and I was embarrassed by the dessert. I think this will sadly be my last cake from Milwaukee Joes.

My friend and Is Ice cream tasted like shampoo. Also my friend got way more Icecream comparatively than I did when we paid the same amount. Honestly tho she had to throw it out cuz it tasted like shampoo. Also did not give me my receipt.

Way overpriced for the small amount of ice cream received. Ever since it changed ownership been very stingy with the scoops. They provide tissues vs napkins.

Me and my friend were walking around and saw the most adorable ice cream shop and we just had to go in. Super friendly and inviting as soon as we walked in. Sam served us ice cream and was so kind and helpful in helping us pick out flavors. The best customer service and MOST DELICIOUS ice cream either of us has had in DFW! We live close to uptown Dallas and only wish there was a location closer by! Definitely stop by if you are in Southlake
