MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes

Employee at the register was playing with a fidget toy while taking orders, was eating food at the register & behind the counter where food was being prepared & then handling food without washing hands or putting gloves on. This same employee was sitting on the counter & socializing with other employees & cursing loud enough that her cursing could be heard in the dining area filled with an entire football team of kids. Extremely unsanitary & off putting experience.

Sitting area was NOT clean. Legit food smeared next to booths and not wiped down or cleaned. Won’t be back.

The, Bacon Cheeseburger with Potato Bun, Beef Patty, Cheddar, MooYAH Sauce, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Bacon was so delicious 😋, & the oreo cookie 🍪 milkshake with the Green Chile Queso fries, I liked 👍 it.

MOOYAH sits perfectly between fast food and a full sit-down experience, making it an easy go-to when you want something quick but still made with care. Their menu is highly customizable, and the quality is consistently solid — you really can build exactly what you’re craving.

A big plus is their gluten-free bun option. It’s genuinely good, and it’s such a relief not to be stuck eating a cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce just to avoid gluten.

Their app and rewards program are also impressive. I get offers regularly, and it’s surprisingly easy to rack up points and earn free meals. It makes stopping by even more worthwhile.

Friendly service, clean space, and fresh ingredients — definitely one of my favorite casual spots in Southlake.

The burgers are good, and the real French fries are great. The employees are friendly and patient. The wooden booths are very uncomfortable. The metal chairs are much better than the booths, but the seating could be better. Everything was clean and tidy.

Mooyah has great fries and a good burgers. Five Guys has better fries but Mooyah has a better burger, so I'd give the advantage to Mooyah.

The service was okay, but the place was dirty. The dinning and the woman restroom was awful. My husband and youngest daughter has been nauseous and vomiting after eating at this location. Definitely not coming back to this specific location.
