SO YUM SO GOOD. Get you some Nekter. It is good for you and good for your attitude. Mine was bad and needed fixing, and lemme tell you, some Nekter fixed me up. Went from complaining all day to having a BIG smile on my face. All day.

Online ordering system has been down for days. Management has yet to fix the issue. You can’t order online or order in advance for pickup or delivery. Owners lost out on a $100 order because this feature is not restored.

I did try calling the store location multiple times with no answer so over the phone ordering is also out.

Getting tired of businesses not taking CASH !!!

You have to realize a cashless Society I an open door for the government to snoop/ spy in your business…
Then they can shut your account down or put on hold…
Any your answer to that is all they would never do that……
Yeah OK ….you go with that…

Tried to order buy 2 get 1 free bowls on the app. Noticed the I didn’t get the free bowl. Shop refused to be helpful about refunding a bowl. I suggested they could just make me a free bowl in addition to the 3 I was charged for on the order. Also no. Terrible customer service. I won’t be back.

I ordered two items in person and it took over 35mins to make them. One of the two were completely wrong. I informed the employees about it and they began to argue over what I knew I had ordered. Finally they decided to remake the one item and it took another 20 mins to receive it. I had given up and just wanted a refund for my order so I could just leave and not waste anymore time and the employees had no idea how to refund me, so I had no choice but to wait. Absolutely horrible experience!

I don’t know if they were having just an off day or what, but expect to wait about 45 minutes for a singular smoothie here. They had an average amount of people in the store waiting for their orders (I wouldn’t even say busy), and it seriously took about 10 minutes at best to make each order, working in slow motion. They also were taking Doordash orders which they prioritized over the in-store orders as well which did not help. The guy taking our order was also extremely rude!!! Extremely disappointed.

I usually place online orders for smoothie bowls at this location. My favorite is the acai mango bowl. I always walk in and pickup in store. The team always has my order ready and I don't have to wait.

Michella H. was so rude and unfriendly. I tried talking and asking her something twice and got ignored until I finally just asked her directly since she was being so rude. Wow. Spend $10 on a smoothie and get treated like you’re a pain. You’re welcome for supporting your business so you can have a job, Michella.
