Manager did not show until 45 minutes after opening, delaying the staff from unlocking the door. Picking up an order for a baby shower - at this point many people were waiting and there was no order or apologies for the mess. Ending up waiting almost an hour to pick up our items - no attempt to alleviate the inconvenience.

You can’t deny that the cakes are delicious. However, the service is less than friendly. We were behind a gentleman who walked in and asked if they had birthday cakes. He was told no, and then as he turned around to leave, they said well we have cakes, but they don’t say happy birthday. Then we ordered two mini Bundt cakes and a bottle of water. When we asked for forks so we could eat them, in a rather rude tone we were told they don’t have forks. Kind of ridiculous if you’re going to sell mini cakes that are perfect for eating as you walk through town, but not provide utensils. Nothing Bundt Cake when they first opened here had a whole different attitude, and they had forks!

Negative Birthday Experience.
The Cakes were yummy as always. I usually go to the Alliance location & always have great experiences there. The Southlake location has terrible service.
I placed an online order for pickup within a scheduled time slot. Just for 2 individual cakes. I had to wait in a line just to grab my order even though it was reserved. When trying to explain to one of the staff I was just here to pickup an order they said I had to wait in the back of line rudely. On top of that they did not have what I purchased available & I was refused a refund. I was told I had to choose a different flavor. They didn't have forks or napkins either to eat your cake with. I was told I had to go next door to a restaurant to get those.

I signed up for online E ordering. I was supposed to receive some kind of discount. When ordering it wasn't giving me the discount, so I went inside for the cashier to help me apply the discount. She was no help whatsoever. I tried finding it online and in my emails, but I couldn't find it. For the sake of any more time being spent I gave up. I didn't get an apology, or an "I'll ask the manager". I just said "well I guess I'll just forget it". I didn't think that was very good customer service. I love their cakes but let's face it, they are expensive. Everything is, I understand. That's why it would have been nice to get the perk for signing up.
Dietary restrictions: They do have gluten free. It costs more of course.

Nothing Bundt cakes in Southlake Texas one of the worst places to get a cake the cake tasted like something was left out of it when and purchase a cake in Arlington Texas with nothing bundt cake and it was delicious I would never purchase a cake from this place again
Got the seasonal Carmel apple cider..The best cake ever..needs to be year Round not seasonal..Thanks in advance

I went in 10 minutes before close and the lady refused to put a mini hat on the birthday cake which would take one minute… Not to mention this is the second cake this week I bought from the location. Will be the last time. This was at 5:50pm on Sunday the 11th.
This place makes delicious Bundt cakes and treats!! We substitute them instead of doing birthday cakes!
