Basically a better version of GNC. Has the stuff you're really looking for, not just mainstream protein powders and workout supplements that probably don't work. Good place to go

I’ve recently just found out of one stop and I’ve been there like 5 times so far, the owner is awesome and they have a very good variety of protein which is good and it’s right next door from where I work so every time i want a smoothie I can quickly run too it. I work in tazikis and my name is Jose I found out about One stop from my manager and my manger found out from our boss.
