Joe greeted us as we walked in and was so kind and amazing!! So wonderful in fact I needed to give this Panda Express a review!! I love the food so much and will be going back to this location!!

Food was fresh and tasted well for a counter stock pick and choose. Portion sizes are far more pluntiful when eat in compared to take out. Would like to see new items on the menu since most meals are either different sauce or vegetable variation. Super greens are a bit boring and the need so different stir fry veggies. Overall a better choice than fast burger plates but still a lot of calories and lots of carbs. Service was very polite and offered tastes if you ask

Super bad service. Third time I try to eat a specific chicken and they never have it prepared on time. They tell you I'm going to wash your face to wait 15 to 20 minutes. Very different from the other pandas who always have everything ready. 0 stars

I ordered the fried rice bowl with orange chicken. The orange chicken tasted funny which was weird.. i used to live in Arizona i loved their orange chicken so i ordered my usual. Again the orange chicken tasted funny, idk if it was the sauce or the chicken but i immediately wanted to either swap it out for something else or get i refund bc i barely touched the food.
So i decided to swap it for the shrimp, she was like well it’ll be an extra charge so i was like how much, she rung it up, talking about $5. You know when a customer bring something back you would think they would take the difference of what i paid & ring it up like that… for her to tell me i would’ve had to pay an extra $5 because she doesn’t know how to count is insane. I know damn well it ain’t $10 for no shrimp. I said you know what give me my money back & take this nasty food. Yall be hiring anybody that don’t know simple English or math. Do better.

This place use to be so great but now ,its always give me a hard time either with my orders being wrong , something missing or the employee are giving me a hard time. I gave them my name, somehow the name was different on my order , this is so unprofessional of a fast food establishment You should not treat people like that keep your personal opinion out of a public establishment that you don't even own.

I went there in a bad mood and it's been a bad day and then i had wonderful customer service and an amazing time here. Thank you Ivan and Keysee especially you made my experience so epic and my friend Olivia and I will be returning😚

The people who collect the money make faces of disgust when collecting the money. They are not friendly. That is not right.

We ordered delivery through the Panda Express website. About 40 minutes later, we got a call from the delivery driver that he was trying to get our order but Panda Express would not give it to him because it was already picked up??? He said he suspected it was stolen and to call the restaurant. We called the restaurant and they said they already sent the food to be delivered. After an hour and a half without our food, we finally drove to the Panda Express location ourselves to get our food or to get refunded. Maria refused to give the food we ordered and Anna (the manager or assistant manager, she didn't seem to know her own position) would also not give us our food or refund us because "The company doesn't want to lose money" even though that's literally what happened to us. Do not visit this location, they will take your money and then refuse to serve you the food they ordered. Don't let yourself get robbed by a bunch of money-hungry dimwits.

As Hispanic male I think is HIGHLY disrespectful that the two staff members JAVIER and MARIA are speaking poorly on a wonderful staff member that works 10x harder than them. Liya is wonderful, she is always polite and attentive. Some of the staff members can be very unprofessional. Be wary of the Spanish speaking staff they love to talk about people in terrible ways.
