The I'm here button for pick up curbside is not working, at least for me. Parked right out front, yet I have had to go inside to get my order, more than once. Food was great tho.

I ordered 8 pizzas for a work function at 10:30AM and this ONE GUY had them all finished by 11:15 for my meeting at 11:30! Every order was correct and he even had a smile with me the second I walked in! Thank you for the great customer service and speedy pizza making skills!?? date of service was 4/9/24

I live out-of-state and planned an event for 120 people in Southlake. The staff were so helpful and kind. They were easy to work with, gave great recommendations, and helped make it a smooth process. The pizza arrived, just as ordered, and it was a great experience throughout the process. Everyone was fed, happy, and I appreciate the great service!

Every single time I order delivery from Pizza Hut at this location I get the same delivery driver who immediately as I open the door is hostile and aggressively angry. The first time I figured we all go through bad days but now after the 3rd time of ordering and getting him, I am done ordering from Pizza Hut unfortunately. Having someone be that angry and forward coming to my home which is very personal, is a major safety concern. I do contactless delivery and he still knocks and waits at the door despite me leaving the cash tip on the door mat. When I open the door he immediately comments on the amount I tip for living in a large home. Which i tip based on a 20% percentage the app recommends me to, in cash every time. Being too uncomfortable to respond to that comment, he then proceeds to say my property is hard to find and difficult to get to every time because it’s gated property which I leave delivery instructions always on my profile with the gate code and my cell number to call if there’s any questions or issues. I don’t know what this guys problem is but his hostility is the reason I just would rather take my business absolutely anywhere else.

The Southlake Pizza Hut delivers Super Fast and the pizza is always hot and perfectly made. Great service, and very courteous workers that make sure your pizza is made fast and with plenty of toppings.
