We love Playa Bowls and go every year when we visit Rosemary Beach so were pretty excited when they were opening one in Southlake. I was pretty disappointed in the customer service at this location. We got a $8 smoothie that we really didn’t enjoy and when asked if it could be replaced with a different smoothie, they threw the smoothie away and went to charge another $8 for a different smoothie. I guess they don’t care about customer satisfaction. 🤷🏻♀️
