I asked about their Mac n Cheese for my 2 year old son. I specifically asked if it was spicy and the server replied, not at all. It taste like potato salad. So we proceeded to order the food. At check out they offered to add some herb/spice on top and I reminded them that it was for my son and said no, thanks.
My son tried it and immediately started gagging and trying to wipe his tongue. My spouse then tried it and indeed it was spicy.
We took the Mac n Cheese back to the counter and requested a refund as the item was sold to us as non spicy. The clerk Anne was demeaning and rude. And kept saying we don’t do refunds.
I understand no refunds for an item that you order and may not like, but i attempted to explain that I was told that it wasn’t spicy and was sold something under false information. I then asked her to just drop it. However, while we remained in the restaurant cleaning up and trying to leave, she just kept repeating, we don’t do refunds. On the way out, I double checked their posted menu and there was zero indication that the food item contained spice.
After writing a review on our experience, I was asked to provide an email with further details and their response to my email was to join their loyalty program. No thanks. You must earn customer’s loyalty. And training in customer service is highly recommended for your staff.

The couple times I’ve come here Caleb had made my bowl. His kindness and attentiveness has remained consistent! :) I’m always anxious about these type of environments where you have to ask someone customize your meals but it’s been a comfortable and welcoming experience

If you are not ordering from a food delivery company (uber eats, etc) don’t bother. Just stood at the counter a long time being ignored while they continued to take tickets for delivery that came in while we stood there.

Such a fresh tasting place with tons of options! The place is clean and laid out well so you can watch them build your poke bowl. I love that they have a ton of things you can add in to create a custom bowl. You can also go with some featured ones if you don’t want to think about it. Caleb was so helpful and friendly. Greeted me in with a smile and was so patient as I asked questions about things on the menu. If you’re looking for some fresh Hawaiian poke bowls, give this place a shot!

I'm a doordasher and I will say it is very hard to find time while we are out on deliveries to grab food or drinks or even just a snack. Coming in here while picking up a delivery and finding that they have nice, warm Spam masubi waiting for you(for purchase of course). And I will say it is very delicious.And I was very appreciative that I was able to go in there and find a snack while on a delivery that tasted awesome.

He could have made me feel like a real dunce, but instead he walked me through choices and decisions. Food is great and - to our taste buds - unique. Very enjoyable. :) We spent 70 and there was about 15 each year about
Caleb was amazing and so helpful! I came early for my order and all staff were checking on everything and so sweet. This is my first time here and service alone won me over! Will be back again to try more!
