Not sure what was up today. We’ve always had a good experience and friendly service but today was different. The gal working was rude to the people in front of us, short with us, and then rude to the customers who came in after us. Maybe they’re short staffed I don’t know but you could feel the stress and unpleasant vibe and we left as soon as we got our order.

Brooke was amazing! She was the only one working in the store and still handled everything like a pro. Even though she was busy, she got to me as soon as she could and made sure I felt taken care of. Her customer service was top-notch, and her work ethic really stood out. I appreciated her kindness and how well she managed everything on her own. Thank you, Brooke!

Friendly service and tasty yogurt. $10 for the larger of two sizes, which is quite expensive. Only a few stools on one wall so it is essentially a take-out only place.

HOOKED! I tried Pressed for the first time at a friends urging. Vivek was working behind the counter, he spent 30 full minutes answering all of my questions. He was so knowledgeable that I signed up for VIP before I left!
I’ve been back to various Pressed locations, nearly every day since, and he still has made the most beautiful açaí bowl I’ve seen!

Every time I have been to this location, I feel like something has always been off with the employees. I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt (like if they are just having an off day) but this is the second time I have not had the best experience at this Pressed Juicery. When I walked in I shared with the woman working that I needed a second to figure out what I wanted and immediately her demeanor and body language changed to being annoyed. When I figured out what I wanted to order I told her what I wanted (saying please and thank you) and she did not say any words to me. Another man came to help at the register since it was a bit busy and since y'all just got a new system none of them were trained to process my Visa gift card that I wanted to use to purchase the items. It was not a big deal, but definitely a bit of a bummer when I planned to use that as my form of payment. Then I pulled cash out of my wallet to pay and automatically got stopped and they shared that they are a cash free place, also fine just wish it was advertised somewhere! It felt like they were in such a rush to shoo me away they forgot to ask to scan my QR code. My juice was great, the quality of the food is always amazing, though the lack of customer service did not make it an enjoyable trip

To the young gentleman (with the stache) who made my bowl tonight! It was absolutely delicious, the best ever!! I want to eat it everyday♥️ He was also very knowledgeable of the ingredients inside the pressed juices! Give that man a raise!

Really tasty bowls, and it's nice they listed everything including the protein. It's really cool that the bowls look exactly like their pictures on the menu and taste as good as they look. They also had vegan soft serve which is dope, I'll have to try it next time.
Vegetarian options: I think everything is vegetarian, and most of it is vegan unless there's honey but I can't remember the sweeteners they use.
Dietary restrictions: Good for mostly everyone, no dairy in the soft serve!
Kid-friendliness: It's fine, the kids would enjoy choosing their flavors.

We ordered 12 of the same juice and got home (30 minutes away, outside of delivery range) only to realize that we only got 3 of the juices we ordered and 9 random other ones. The receipt on the bag showed our correct order, so it’s upsetting that our order wasn’t put together correctly. To top it off, it was difficult to get ahold of anyone on the phone to rectify the issue, and when we did, they told us they couldn’t have it delivered. They then suggested a credit to our account before we finally got them to agree to a refund, but only for the incorrect juices, not the whole order, and only after we sent a picture of the incorrect juices. Overall, a very disappointing trip to Pressed made worse by a convoluted customer service experience.
