Really tasty bowls, and it's nice they listed everything including the protein. It's really cool that the bowls look exactly like their pictures on the menu and taste as good as they look. They also had vegan soft serve which is dope, I'll have to try it next time.
Vegetarian options: I think everything is vegetarian, and most of it is vegan unless there's honey but I can't remember the sweeteners they use.
Dietary restrictions: Good for mostly everyone, no dairy in the soft serve!
Kid-friendliness: It's fine, the kids would enjoy choosing their flavors.

We ordered 12 of the same juice and got home (30 minutes away, outside of delivery range) only to realize that we only got 3 of the juices we ordered and 9 random other ones. The receipt on the bag showed our correct order, so it’s upsetting that our order wasn’t put together correctly. To top it off, it was difficult to get ahold of anyone on the phone to rectify the issue, and when we did, they told us they couldn’t have it delivered. They then suggested a credit to our account before we finally got them to agree to a refund, but only for the incorrect juices, not the whole order, and only after we sent a picture of the incorrect juices. Overall, a very disappointing trip to Pressed made worse by a convoluted customer service experience.

I placed a $90+ order in advance as a first time customer which was cancelled at the last minute with no communication and if I hadn’t been watching the tracking I wouldn’t have known. I called, waited forever through a corporate phone number and the customer service rep told me she would set it up again for me. Delivery was again arranged, and then cancelled at the very last minute with no communication. At the time it was supposed to arrive. I had to wait on hold for a long time, disconnected 2 times, before I was able to speak with someone about refunding the order- which still has not been processed. Absolute waste of time, and terrible customer service

I really love this place. I love their healthy selection. However, every time I come in, I feel like being profiled (not by race, but by my look). If you are like me, who doesn’t look the fittest or do not wear the most good looking workout clothes, the atmosphere makes you feel like you are not welcome. I haven’t seen a smile each time I visit. It makes you feel stupid that you don’t know what you are ordering. One time, when I went inside, I was the only customer, i ordered take out and i asked for paper bag. The lady told me to wait like i was an inconvenience. I I basically stood there and waited for her to get the paper bag. I don’t think I will go back again after this.

Why are your bathrooms so disgusting? I’ve been there three times, every time it’s the same. You sell a healthy fresh product, maybe that’s why I was so surprised! Get it together, please.
I placed an order for juice of over $70 on their website and it was supposed to be delivered within an hour, yesterday around 5:30pm. I got no email, text or call re: the order and it was never delivered. Of course, my PayPal was charged. There is no way to log in their website to check the order. If you try to call the # listed here, you only get a corporate phone tree with no one answering. You cannot call the local store. At best they are sorely inept and at worst they are ripoff artists. BUYER BEWARE.

I LOVE this place! The freezes are my favorite. Try the sweet cream or the chocolate. The unwind juice is good too. The customer service is also top tier. Shout out to Joy ? she's delightful.I started eating before I took the Pic oops ?. It was much prettier before.
