sample the different flavors that they recommend and just try those with the soft serve. they're soooooo good together. i've had some friends who were weirded out by the combo because they're averse to trying out new things. seriously, just try it.
Nice people nice place and decent flavor, but this IS NOT CUSTARD, I went in got a small bowl of “frozen custard” walked out and tried it and it was just ice cream. I went there specifically because I wanted custard but the consistency was all wrong, it was hard like ice cream and not at all a creamy consistency...

Rita's has some of the best custard I've ever had! Today was our first time here and the customer service we received was outstanding. Im not sure but I think they lady who was helping us was named carol. She was so sweet! She took the time to explain everything to us and even let us sample anything we wanted to try! We will definitely be back for sure! We walked in while they were having a training and they made us feel welcomed!
