Usually enjoy these places but tonight the burger tasted a bit funny and texture felt strange in the last half of my burger. Turned on a light to inspect and sure enough uncooked pocket of beef patty.

It was my first time visiting shake shack because I’ve heard about it before, and I really enjoyed my experience here. The food was really good! Also the service from the employees is really nice. The team member named Avah helped me decide what to order since it’s my first time here, and she was also very welcoming and pleasant. She greeted me first once I entered the building, and she had a smile on her face. She had really good manners and a pleasant personality which I don’t see often. I’ll definitely come back here for food again. The burger was very good, much better than Five Guys, and the shake (cookies and cream) was also very good! I’d take a picture of the food but I already ate everything lol

Food was cold.... literary cold 10 peice bites!!!And took 20+ minutes to get the food. Spoke to employees about and no one cared, they just reheated my daughetsr chicken bites. You will never be like a Chik-Fil-A with that kind of crappy service! My family and will not be back anytime soon. Sad too since its in a nice place like Southlake. 0 out of 10 for sure! Take your money elsewhere people!

Best Burger always 😋
Hamburger, french fries and tea were very good. Other than that's a lot of money to spend on a hamburger, french fries and an iced tea over $20

Solid burgers, very pricey compared to your typical chain but the ingredients are typically higher quality so worth the tradeoff. Larger than your avg shake shack location too so plenty of seating here.

The Food was good, but for what I got it was just way overpriced. Over $21 for a quarter-Pound hamburger, fries and a shake.

Food was good but well over-priced. $21+ for a 1/4# hamburger, fries and malt.... AND they asked for a tip on top of that! Not!

I was very impressed by the efficiency and respect the restaurant team showed to each other and the customers. I was especially impressed by what I can only assume was a manager (based on his outfit) of the restaurant. He was very hands on and stayed busy by greeting customers, helped get orders ready, cleaned the windows of the doors, made sure the drink station was clean, cleared out trays, and conducted (from my perspective) an interview all in the short time I was eating at the restaurant. It’s rare to see managers work in view of the customers, let alone be so efficient. The team was very personable, always asking if we needed anything or just asking how our experience was going. They kept the restaurant very clean and organized. The kitchen crew was constantly focused on their tasks as well. I will definitely be back!

This was our first visit to Shack Shack and the ordering process was a bit awkward as the cashier stood and smiled without much interaction. I don't expect a long conversation but it seemed like they were there to 'just do the job'. I saw they had a Dubai shake and decided to try it out. A price wasn't posted but I never thought a milkshake would be almost $10. This one was!!
Our burgers while small were very flavorful. The fries with cheese sauce and bacon were not very good. We got a small drink and they weren't kidding it was small.
The Dubai milkshake? Awful. Zero flavor. The pistachio had absolutely no flavor nor did the shake itself which literally taste like nothing.
For a bill of $44.50 I have expectations of food that is at least edible. Besides the burgers, the rest was a waste. Doubtful will return.
