Ordered takeout on the app, easy peasy. Went to pickup, waited a few and staff informed me order was ready. Took it outside to enjoy the shake and burger. The burger was on the smaller side but very tasty and juicy. Will take this over most other fast food places. the peach shake was also decent except some of the peach pieces were too big for the straw and I was in danger of hyperventilating trying to suck out those delicious peach pieces. Besides that, definitely a winner. will...
First time Shake Shack visitors and we chose the Southlake location on Monday October 7, 2024. Mind you we passed up Kincaid’s in Towne Square to try something “new” and “different”. Underwhelming to say the least…the very sweet manager waited on us at the counter and gave perfect customer service. She deserves props!! The burgers were small, you have to pay separate for mediocre fry’s which only jacks up your ticket cost. A Ho-hum custard shake for $7…really…a...
The peppers on my double smoke burger were delicious. The bacon was good, but not smokey at all. The patties seemed to be boiled with zero crust and the cheese had no flavor. I was looking forward to this, but never coming back. Macdonalds would be 1 star, so they are much better than that. It was over $13 with tip, no fries or extras.
