This Starbucks in the Southlake Barnes & Noble's does not accept Starbucks gift cards which is very frustrating and disappointing. This ruined my day.
cashier took my order I was one of two people inside at 6 am. I watched the drive through girl make my drink with milk even though I'm allergic and get a rash so I requested almond. I then waited for ten mins while others were served before me while I watched it melt in in he blender the whole time. finally a third coworker asked if I was another order when I replied no I told her the dilemma and I addressed hat I watched them.make my drink with whole milk and that I was allergic....read full review
