The service was really rough today, the person taking the order was wearing a mask and would speak up which made it impossible to understand. I stood there for a little while before. They eventually made eye contact and just stared at me, I asked if they were ready to take my order and again, no response, but a blank stare. (it’s possible they were saying something, but I couldn’t hear)

I also have to assume this person is sick, that doesn’t seem like a wise choice to continue working in a situation with food.

We all have bad days but when dealing directly with customers, that’s important be able to bring your “A game”

Original review 2025: I’ve never been to this location, but I was just blown away by the warm inviting atmosphere. The young lady who took my order was so sweet, she could tell I wasn’t a regular and when I looked confused at the sizes, she said “small, medium or large” for those of you who, frequent Starbucks you probably know that they often make a big deal about their labels for the sizes they offer (venti etc)

After being treated so poorly at a collision center down the street, it was nice to get treated well by a wonderful human (with awesome pink hair !)

Nice, friendly staff as always. This is a busy location in the middle of the Southlake shopping area. Parking is a bit difficult to find and this shop does not have a drive thru.

I usually enjoy Starbucks Americano, but this time it was surprisingly weak — almost like brewed coffee mixed with too much water.
I even asked for an extra shot, and the barista kindly added it, but the taste was still too light.
I’ve never had an Americano this weak at Starbucks before.
I hope this was just a one-time issue because I usually love their coffee.

As someone who works in the square and frequents this Starbucks regularly, I was frustrated when I was denied a cup of water because I didn’t make a purchase the same day I wanted a water? What in the world!?

Also, let’s talk about being a decent human here. Forget that we regularly visit this store.

I read a review that someone was overheating outside and asked for a water and the guest had to buy a $4 cake pop in order to help them out.

Wow.

I wasn’t going to leave a review. I already emailed to ask about this corporate kingdom type of policy. I only hope to see change.

This location is beautiful on the outside but hectic inside.
The remodel is absolutely disgusting; It’s cold and uninviting. The cashier was rude as well.

This location also has a teenager problem on Friday and Saturday nights. They’re everywhere and extremely rude. They have no sense of personal space. So if you really want to come to this Starbucks come when schools are in session before 6:30pm.

Wonderful neighborhood for a horrible starbucks, Kelly for working the register as long as you say you have you sure dont have people skills she was very condescending and rude when I placed my order i usually order the medicine ball tea, which up until this point that is exactly how I've ordered it. And every single Starbucks, I've been to knows what I'm talking about. It's a green tea, steeped in lemonade with honey and I understand if she just didn't know what that was, but she kept cutting me off when I tried to explain what it was, it was treating me like a child thinking that she knew exactly what I wanted news flash, I didn't get what I wanted. The only saving grace was Kim the other worker at that establishment who is very sweet and made sure to have a smile on her face. It was very pleasant, but as for the other lady, something needs to be done on management's end, because that was just ridiculous

I visited this Starbucks and was shocked at how poorly it was staffed and managed. There were about 15 people waiting with only two associates working. The line moved extremely slow, and it was clear the staff could not keep up. I even left for 20 minutes and when I came back, the line was still wrapped around. This is unacceptable and unprofessional for a brand like Starbucks. If staff can’t multitask or handle busy times, more training or better scheduling is badly needed.

This starbucks always under serves their drinks. I constantly ask from light Ice on my items and I was told to ask for “Extra Light Ice” when I place my order. However I don’t even think that this is an option. How about we start pouring drinks to their adequate levels like all the other locations do. I’ve seen several other reviews saying the same exact thing, so they should address this problem. Guess I’ll be taking my business to the new La La Land down the road!

Someone was over heating outside so I ran in to grab a water… they insisted that I have to buy something in order to get a “free water”. Can Starbucks really not afford free water anymore? Or at least just charge me $1 for the cup. Instead I had to buy a $3.50 cake pop? I can’t just buy a cup of water? Especially in a situation like that… shocked.

The service is horrible. They have board tracking mobile orders that is rarely accurate. Many times I’ve placed a mobile order and it shows as being “ready,” only to go in and wait 10 minutes. Over priced drinks and crappy service is a great business model!

We got drinks and asked Kim the manager that it was full of ice
But the answer is that I should have asked for less ice.
And that we should have known it was like that next time ask for less ice
