Wow this is one of the worse looking Starbucks in DFW. Floor of the bathroom was a disaster. Walls are a wreak.

I visited this Starbucks today and asked for a simple cup of water. To my surprise, I was told I needed to go to the cashier to order it, even though no one was at the counter. I understand that there may be policies in place, but it felt unnecessary and frustrating given the circumstances. Water should be a basic, accessible service, especially if the cafe is not busy. I hope the staff can find a more customer-friendly solution in the future.
Used to go to this location all the time from day one when it opened. Now we avoid it completely. Yes they are in the town square, yes they get the volume, but their signal is clear...come in, get your drink and get out. Very univiting, non cozy store.

Worst Starbucks in all of Texas!!! Never walked into a place so rude! Been coming here for the last 5 days in a row each day just gets worse. They’re always leaving like 2inches of room in my latte no other Starbucks has ever done that for a latte. Never ever been greeted and every time I walk in it’s slow! I get stared at every single time like if I don’t belong there by both customers and employees!!! I’m literally dressed clean with the same expensive brands as all the people in there but they make me feel like if I’m wearing something vulgar or dirty. I hate identity politics but seriously look at most of the bad reviews mainly people with foreign names. A customer literally closed the door on me as I was going walk in. A Starbucks in ghetto oak cliff will give you far better service than this one

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at Southlake Town Square Starbucks. The server , Natalie, who took my order was noticeably rude, rolling their eyes and giving off an unapproachable, unhappy demeanor throughout the interaction. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy, especially from a brand as well-known as Starbucks.
It wasn’t a particularly busy time, so there was no reason for the hostility. Instead of making the experience pleasant, their attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I go to Starbucks not just for the coffee but for the inviting atmosphere, and this encounter fell far below expectations.
I hope management addresses this behavior because it impacts the entire experience for loyal customers. Such attitude is not welcomed in our City of Southlake. Simple courtesy and a smile can go a long way!

The manger and a server were extremely rude! yesterday I got a buttered croissant and a cup of apple juice with no ice. I was given ice and asked to not have it the manger with red hair and nasty attitude told me that I would not be getting a full drink due to not having ice which makes no sense so today I go to talk to someone about it because I buy apple juice again today and get a full cup the server with black hair and a face that says she hates her life tells me well that’s how they do it in The rule book which also makes no sense since they just gave me a full cup. Anyways I’m not coming back and for anyone that says well it’s just apple juice this Starbucks is a 1min walk from my school and I can’t drink coffee so I like to get a snack and some apple juice.
Ps. Just quit and find a job that makes you happyy. We only got one life and the job you have should bring some joy to it not make you hate your life ?

Worst service ever. Five baristas, only 1 was actually working. She was taking the orders and then making the drinks, while the other 4 were standing around chit chatting like it was social hour. Took 15 minutes for me and the other 3 customers to get our drinks. Thank you to the one barista that was working that day!

I went to Starbucks after months and the service and beverage I received was awful. The person taking the order dnt know what customer service means. It was 5pm and they were out of everything. The order I got was wrong and without any apologies they just dragged themselves to do it again and still it was not good at all. Not going to Starbucks again.

I usually love Starbucks, specifically the Pumpkin Spice Lattes. They are my favorite things to get at Starbucks during the Fall. However, this morning, when I ordered a hot and a cold PSL from this location for my boyfriend and me, it has become our weekly tradition. I was seriously disappointed with the hot PSL. It was so bitter and did not taste like any sweetener or pumpkin-flavored syrup was put into it at all. My boyfriend said it tasted like regular coffee with too much milk, and he was also disappointed with it. I do not usually drink coffee, but I make exceptions for the Fall season when I get PSLs. This threw off my entire day because I was looking forward to it, and to be so disappointed was a major bummer. I will not order another PSL from this location again. Zero stars.

Starbucks is known for their customer service and this location has not one ounce of kindness or hospitality unless it’s the men crew. Not the one with the blonde hair, he’s always rude and petty when asking to remake drinks. How is it we asked for water, we waited almost 10-15 and the STORE MANAGER came out with 3 tall waters, since when your given talls for water? I am a manager who works face to face in the customer service world and if this location really worked on their smiling and people skills? They would have such a better reputation, it’s just sad because why pick a job that is around servicing other people when you’re just nasty? This is such a high end location and it just disappointing how many bad experiences I have had going in there..
I ordered a cappuccino, they gave me a cup of hot milk. No coffee...

This location has friendly employees who made an effort to get my drink correct! They were busy and still made time to connect with each customer yet keep the line moving.

Was there yesterday morning and quite surprised at the lack of cleanliness. Doors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. Entry rugs needed a sweep or shake.With 3 people working service was also a bit slow.
