So slow
It is easy to get an order wrong with the complexity of the drink menu, but seriously you should listen to the customer description better...

They couldnât get your order right if their life depended on it. From regular staff to management. & my drinks are always SOOOOO simple. I always order the CRC with NO coffee. Itâs been times i received my drinks with coffee in it. Itâs like the simplest orders yall canât even get right so i can imagine what yall do to orders with those extra instructions. Yâall be having the most easiest jobs & still canât do nothing right. SMH. I donât usually complain because mistakes happen but itâs getting annoying now. If yall canât move fast while itâs a rush & make order correctly at the same time then yall need to work on moving at a pace. Or upgrade yâall staff. Soooo annoying.

On September 16, I ordered my usual Grande Pike at the drive-thru of a local Starbucks. I noticed immediately that the coffee didn't taste anything like brewed coffee but more like instant. It wasn't drinkable, being weak and with an unpleasant aftertaste. Once home, I poured the coffee out and noticed residue similar to instant coffee residue at the bottom of the cup. Today I called the local Starbucks to ask about it and was informed Starbucks has moved from fresh-brewed coffee to a Nespresso-like, on-demand machine. No more brewed coffee, period, at any Starbucks. The Starbucks staff at all local sites have always been wonderful, so this review isn't intended to be negative for them - they serve at the pleasure of the new Starbucks grand poobah. (BOO!) But I hope they can send feedback up the chain of command. If I want Nespresso, I'll use my own machine for a lot less than the cost of a Starbucks grande. I don't want to pay brewed-coffee prices for what's essentially instant. Unless corporate has rolled out pr messaging about the change, it's essentially a bait-and-switch.
This is my regular spot for coffee and work and love this place. Perhaps the best Starbucks that I have seen in the US. Staff are very friendly, they know your name and even remember what type of coffee you like. They bring refills for you while you are sitting.
So lovely and canât wait to go have my next coffee

Iâve visited this location, (Renovated 2022) few times and itâs always a pleasant experience.
This time, I stopped by to order For-Here mug, hot âEarl Greyâ Black Tea. My first interaction with a barista was Reagan. I shared with her, âItâs such a pleasure to finally meet you. I love your unique drawings that you regularly do.â You can find her artwork frequently displayed by the condiments section.
One of my favorite pieces sheâs done was about a year ago of a squirrel with a big tree nut. It was a unique piece, part of Starbucks introduction to a new nutty drink.
While I was here for about five hours, catching up on work, I was able to get couple of complimentary refills and listen to how friendly baristas are here to each customer.
One regular customer, first wanted to chat with one of the baristas before he ordered.
Bryan is one of the managers here, and we had several good conversations. The Sunday morning team is personable with you. Thank you, Reagan, Bryan, Georgie, Kathryn, Olivia, Blythe. By the time I was leaving and asked for a final refill, but To-Go, they wrote a sweet message, âHave a good day,â with smile emoji.
Atmosphere is roomy, with great seating options. The design here was strategically remodeled about three years ago. At Pick-Up and Mobile Order counter, you will find four chairs while you wait. In main seating area, you will find to the right, two plush leather benches, with six tables and six additional leather chairs. To the left, four tables with fourteen chairs. You have options for some outlets, although some of them donât work properly.

This Starbucks is the worst one around this area. They wouldnât know what real frothed milk is if it fell from the sky. They barely ever fill the cup all the way up and sometimes itâs stupid low. The drinks arenât even that hot. I just started learning to make espresso at home and making lattes and I can make a latte with amazing silky milk. Frothed milk shouldnât have any bubbles or âfoamâ in it. Iâm telling you guys, if you want a proper latte or espresso, Starbucks isnât the place to find. Especially this location. The best location around here is the Texan Trail one. They actually take their time to give you a product the way itâs supposed to be.

In a pretty safe and clean area, food and snacks are better and cheaper than McDonaldâs, kind of secluded, not many people in the store, a nice place to study and relax before going home in rush-hour traffic!
