I had a phenomenal experience at this Starbucks location. I was greeted by the very polite and professional staff. After ordering, one employee by the name of Bre hand crafted my complex order. Not only was it delicious but it was ready in no time. Employee of the month? Try employee of the year. Will certainly revisit this location sometime in the near future.

I have been here multiple times and have had mediocre service. However today, Austin made my day. Lol, it’s crazy how you’re ready to pay and want to enjoy your food based on how your service is. Austin made my experience really good today just by being patient through the drive thru. I felt as if he really didn’t mind that I took my time, sounded like he wasn’t annoyed or rushing me. Went to the window and he didn’t look like he hated his job, he looked happy to be there. Which meant I was getting good energy put into my food and drinks. Thank you Austin! You probably thought you didn’t do anything special but your customer service alone spoke for you and Starbucks. Thank you. Great day to start my morning.
Although I have frequented this Starbucks for a number of years, I have not been compelled to pen a review of the specific location at Southlake Blvd. and Davis Blvd. until now. In particular, I would like to call out the excellent customer service provided by Naiha. For some time, I have used Starbucks' Espresso Dark Roast to make perfect iced lattes at home. Yesterday, when I visited this store to purchase a bag of these beans, Naiha did her best to locate one, but the store was out of this product. Instead, she determined that a Sumatra blend could be subbed and went above and beyond when she prepared a complimentary coffee sample with the Sumatra blend for me to try before I purchased this product to guard against my purchase of the item to possibly later find out it didn't suit my taste. Thank you, Naiha, for your care and attention and for going above and beyond to ensure that I left with a product that I would be happy with when creating my iced lattes.

Early Monday order and I messed up and ordered it hot. I asked Addi if she could pour it over ice for me and she refused and said she'd never do that but she would be happy to remake it iced for me and said she was happy to make someone's Monday morning a little better. Customer service unmatched ♡
