Camille is one of those real ones, rare people was so much kindness. She helped me customize drinks, and when she exited her arm, asking me if I wanted this Venti, passion, tea, complementary I felt my face and asked her if she was serious it’s not every day you get a free Venti Starbucks drink she laughs and said yes because we’ll just throw it out, I grabbed it from her saying I did not deserve this. It’s small interactions like this that mean a lot to me. I may not ever get a free Venti passion tea again so I’m enjoying this moment. She went out of her way and went beyond to help me with a couple drink orders. I wanted to tip her, but I didn’t have my credit card. She deserves recognition, so this review is not for Starbucks it’s for Camille because honestly you guys are lucky to have her as an employee. So sweet

One coffee was great, the other was a bit off. Usually their coffee is on par. I think it was a one-time thing. The staff was friendly.Vegetarian options: Plant-based creamer options are great.

Absolutely the WORST Starbucks. I kick myself every time I stop at this location. Two cars in front of me since I ordered, I've been here 10 minutes and there are still two cars in front of me. They're horribly slow, always get things wrong. Keep driving. There are other close by!

I told the young lady I like to redeem my rewards. She said it’s ok. But after scan my phone she told me I charged you. Didn’t use my rewards. No excuse! Noe explained! She is not a professional. Also my drink is to light , no sweet. Too many new people working at this place.

Ordered three drinks. Went inside and they do not close for 45 minutes. Four employees are cleaning up for the evening leaving one employee to fill orders. Order was wrong and he basically said this is what you ordered until I showed it to him in my phone. He did apologize and redid the order but no one else there cared to help him fill ordered which were stacking up. Obvious they just wanted out for the evening. Several neighbors have voice their unhappiness at this location. It will be our last time there. Too bad I tipped 5.00 prior to getting our order. They are horrible there or at least these specific employees are horrible. Also to the employee drinking coffee at the counter and giving me disrespectful looks I will be in touch with management. Perhaps she should quit drinking drinks / gossiping on your headphone and help out.

Always closing early, now its posted on a piece of paper that they are closing at 7. This is ridiculous since there's other stores and even a karate studio here that is open late the parents and others would like to have a cup of coffee for the drive home...
