Absolutely worst Starbucks I’ve ever experienced in a hotel in my life . 6:30a and second person in line . No butter for bagels , no plain bagel eventhough that’s what I ordered and then was told later they didn’t have . Needed a carrier and was told the first person of the day took the last one . The kicker was when she said , I think you can manage . Seriously . Food sucked , was stale and cold even though asked for toasted. Absolute waste of $20. Buyers beware

It's Starbucks. Good coffee, good service, overpriced. It's also a bit difficult to find if you've not been there before. Parking near the entrance is a bit sparse.

This has to be the absolute worst location- VERY SLOW. They rarely have online mobile orders ready. If you like standing there for 30 min at a time waiting for an order you placed almost an hour before getting there then this is your place. I ordered an oatmeal, nothing fancy. Ordered it about 35min before I would get there, even thought it would be cold just to get there and they STILL didn't have it ready. I waited about 10 extra min and nothing. Not to mention there was already about 6 other people waiting around. No one bothered to ask us our order or what were were waiting for, I ended up having to leave without it. Reached out to customer service for a refund since I didn't get my order and they declined it. So they kept my money and my food. This place is terrible, steer clear! Starbucks, you should really invest in better customer service all around- at least here!

If I could give this Starbucks 1 million stars I would! They are so sweet, secondly they follow the recipes to a tea. I cannot remember the last time I went and didn’t get what I asked for! I absolutely love them and this is now my favorite Starbucks to go to before work!

Dom is the bomb.com and so good at his job! This location also doesn’t have a drive thru so it’s always quick and quiet. A great place to work and get shit done.
