The service here is unbelievably poor.. Namely from the red headed female employee. What an awful attitude! Sadly I run into her each time I’m there. And each time can’t believe she’s STILL working there.
Unless things turn around for the better, I wont be back.

I placed an online order. The restaurant totally messed it up. I ordered one Garlic steak bowl with tofu and other changes. I also ordered 1 shroomami. The restaurant gave 2 shroomami bowls. I tried to call them, but it's IMPOSIBLE to get a human being to answer. The chat bot asked me a series of questions and decided to give me a $5-credit. This sucks! Probably won't be ordering from here anymore

We visited today and had the Caramelized Steak bowl with spicy broccoli,roasted sweet potatoes,tomatoes, and wild rice. Food was served warm, would have preferred a little warmer, tasted great, and you could tell it's fresh. The only downside was the parking very limited during the rush with all the other businesses, so be patient when parking and enjoy a short walk if necessary.

I got small pieces of greasy overcooked beef in my bowl so now all I have to eat is a bowl of quinoa and veggies and Uber won’t refund my order. Can’t say I’ll try this place again.
I'm a fan of Sweetgreen, and I always check for nearby locations when I travel. I love how fresh their food is, and they offer gluten-sensitive options. It's fast and healthy. However, the Southlake, TX location caught my attention because the servings are smaller compared to Sweetgreen in Colorado. My husband and I usually share one serving in Colorado because it's too big, but in Southlake, we need to order one each.
