It's ok. Nothing out of ordinary. Except fast but not personal service. Cheesecakes are good but felt overpriced. Avoid cashew chicken didh - it's not good. Drinks are overpriced and place is loud. Pepperoni flat bread was delicious

Very good cheesecake way too high for price

I have been to multiple cheesecake factories but been to this one twice. The first time we visited, they made us wait despite having a reservation with them. And for the second time, they gave us a dirty table first and also we found a sticker in our guacamole that could’ve went in us if we hadn’t noticed and caused some serious injury and digestive issues.I haven’t had this happen to me in a filthy fast food restaurant. Never expected this from Cheesecake Factory, but hey, now we all know what brand of avocados they use!My question to Cheesecake Factory: those stickers are usually on the outer shell of the avocados and guacamole’s don’t contain that outer shell. So, how did that sticker get in the guacamole?

We went to Cheesecake Factory because I knew they Cuban sandwiches on their menu. We proceed to order 2 sandwiches with salads. Both salads were drenched in dressing, nasty. And why is there mayonnaise on the Cuban?!!! That is revolting! I got 2 bites in and realized it tasted weird, looked in the sandwich and found the top bun SLATHERED in mayo! Mayo does not go on a Cuban sandwich. Only mustard. So disappointing.

Food is delicious, restaurant is always clean. Only thing that throws me off is that randomly I’ll have the weirdest, most awkward server that is just not attentive or friendly.
