One of the best banh mis I’ve had, the bread isn’t too tough or chewy and the pork is very moist and well seasoned. The eggrolls and boba are great too.

Viet Fast food is a great place for authentic Vietnamese food on the go, great service. Eggrolls are hot and fresh, pho was flavorful and had lots of protein. The rice has a generous portion and the tea was refreshing.

If I were rating solely based on my banh mi, I would have left at least 4 stars. The marination of the tofu banh mi was delicious, and aside from the fresh jalapeños packing zero heat, it was a good sandwich. However, this review was brought down by the sad fried rice I ordered. Having spent $16.95 on an order of tofu fried rice, I expected more than just a dull-flavored single serving of fried rice with fried tofu next to it. The amount of food for that cost didn’t even fill the whole takeout container, but rather half of it with an oversized garnish of carrots and cucumber. I’m not an amateur when it comes to Vietnamese fried rice, and I know cucumber often accompanies the rice, but the disproportionate size to cost of the rice left much to be desired. Beyond the friend rice, I also ordered a few spring rolls of varying fillings. They were okay—just not a super flavorful dipping sauce to accompany a somewhat flavorless fresh roll. Overall….meh.

I ordered pickup through doordash. My fiance and I both got a sandwich combo, one was pork and the other was combination. The food was amazing! We have really high standards for Vietnamese food because of a place back home that has us spoiled, and this is honestly the first time we've gotten Vietnamese food from anywhere else and not been disappointed. The bread is perfect, the paté is perfect, the meat was tender and delicious. The eggrolls had a very generous amount of filling. Everything was just phenomenal, and it was so affordable! It was $24 for two people, and we even both had an extra eggroll. 10/10, highly recommended!

Ordered the Brisket Pho and Beef Banh Mi.Pho was decent but nothing spectacular. Banh Mi came with cold squishy bread. The bread should be hot and crispy on the outside. When I told them that this is not how Banh Mi served, they offered to toast it. That made the bread perfect, but then all the vegetables were soggy...A really poor decision not to make the bread crunchy, unless the customer complains... That is the gold standard of how Banh mi should be served.

Small shop with just a few tables serving up standard viet food. Its reasonably fast considering that most of the dishes are made to order including the spring rolls. The price is on par with the location, Southlake being a place for trendy and expensive eats. The quantity is also generous. So if you are hungry for some albeit watered down viet food but still tasty and filling, stop in for a quick bite.
