Best brisket in Austin hands down.
Jalapeño Sausage was perfectly smoked. The brisket was moist and seasoned well. He even gives you 2 different sauces to try.
Portion sizes were fantastic and Jim was extremely personable. Give him a try and you won’t regret it!

Just top notch. Got to meet "Jim" and he served us on the fourth. Absolutely amazing brisket/bacon jam/jalepeno/Mac sandwich. Pulled pork sammy was great. Star of the show was the baby back ribs. Incredible rub on it and pulled right off the bone. He also comped us a banana cream pie, just because. The bbq was really really good, service even better

The brisket is as good as anywhere in Austin moist, tender, perfectly smoked. The sides live up to the hype. Scalloped potatoes ! Few places offer it, and none are as good as these. Perfection. Great prices, outstanding food. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I’ve eaten in and had them cater a couple parties. Top quality food, kind service, good prices. If you haven’t tried them yet, go this week!.
