This place is terrible, they insist that just because they are Italian that they know how to make Italian lasagna, and it should not have any texture. They blame American pallets for the low quality of their $20 slab of fluff they call Lasagna. I was on a strictly protein shake diet for the month before I thought I was about to treat myself to a good lasagna, it's not my pallet. The owner is rude and unprofessional. I lived in Europe for three years and had authentic Italian made by Italian chefs. There are 59 million Italians in the world, being from Italy doesn't qualify them all as chefs, and this restaurant would be out of business if they attempted to serve their lasagna as a main dish in Italy.

Came here for a quick early dinner with friends who live in the neighborhood. One large squarish dining room with a bar on one side and well spaced tables. I was disappointed that there were no fish dishes on the menu so had to settle for mussels. My friends all had pasta - choice of spaghetti or penne. We also ordered a pepperoni/mushroom pizza to share. Mussels were pretty good, the pasta looked somewhat undistinguished although I was told they were not bad. The pizza however had a rather thick and soggy bottom and the mushrooms were canned which was surprising as I didn't think restaurants use canned mushrooms for pizza toppings these days anymore. It’s 3.5 stars given the underwhelming pizza.

Just tried this place for the first time, and I don't like to write bad reviews but we are highly disappointed. Pizzas are small, way overpriced and not even good. One of them was all soggy in the center. The gas station by my house has better pizza, and for a lot less money.

This is a fantastic small business! They have amazing service, the restaurant is always clean and looks great! The food is always hot, if you ever have an issue they will re make it etc no hesitation! I personally love all the pizzas as well as the pastas. My personal favorite and recommendation would be the Pizza Carnivora!!! I love this place!!!

Everyone who works here is incredibly nice and the provide excellent service. On top of that their food is absolutely delicious. Whenever I’m in this area of town I have to come here. From their appetizers to deserts, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

This is a gem of a place! The pasta is "tastingly" fabulous ... not too much, not to little and just the right amount so you can enjoy their sumptuous pizza! A great selection of wines and beer. This is a family-owned Italian restaurant where the owners are hands-on and very friendly. Service is prompt and servers are knowledgeable about their food selection. And prices are quite reasonable and worth every dollar! A must-to-go place if you're hungry and in the Bee Cave area.

the wait was kind of long just to be greeted, the food was honestly mediocre the two times i’d gone. for example, i tried the alfredo the first time i went and was extremely disappointed in what i got for $16, as in it tasted like a frozen meal, just very bland. i decided to give the place a second chance because i love pasta so i got the bolognese. same problem, pretty bland but i liked it better. you could actually make the alfredo and bolognese yourself at home and they would be the same except like $5 instead of $17, they taste like frozen food and were both pretty bland dishes so I don’t recommend those. The cheese board was good, as well as the focaccia, which was delicious. the pizza is good, we really liked the cheese and the crust. finally, the cannolis were good, i loved the pistachios and chocolate chips. overall, i’d say it’s mega overpriced for what you get but it may just depend on what you order. i’ll say the staff was nice and enthusiastic and the ambiance was relaxing. would come again maybe just for the focaccia because the main dishes are definitely overpriced. good place to go with the family though!

Thin crisp pizza with a delightful crust. The salads are also noteworthy with a delicate vinegarandoil dressing. Very delicious. To top it all off, the tiramisu and canoli are among the best I've ever had.The wine selection is also good and the staff are super friendly.

The lasagna that I had was mostly pasta with very little meat, very light sauce and sparsely placed cheese. I didn't care for it. My daughter's pizza was made wrong and instead of remaking her pizza and expediting it out ASAP they just created a new pizza order with the corrected ingredients and it took 45 extra minutes for hers to arrive. By that time everyone else's dinner was cold. They didn't comp anything at first for their mistake and handling of the catastrophe but after complaining the took the pizza off. But still I would not recommend.

Amazing food, service and ambience! Guido is such a delight and made our experience exceptional! I would recommend asking for him! Love LOVED Everything. The food is fresh, traditional Italian and made to perfection. I started out my meal with the ARUGULA & ROASTED FENNEL salad and oh my goodness it was so refreshing...almost cleansing in the most delicious way. We then as a family ordered several pizzas and some pasta dishes and every single dish was so good! We will back! Thank you!

It has been quite challenging to find great pizza in the Hill Country area. As a Brooklyn girl, I am pretty particular about my pizza, especially the crust. I finally found my favorite local pizza at Pizzeria Casa Nostra. Fresh ingredients, great crust and prepared as close to my home town pizza as you can find in the area. Nice little restaurant with great service as well. Guido (yes his real name is Guido) always provides good service with a warm smile. He is personable and friendly. Has a great personal story and is willing to share his experiences living in different parts of the world. Great interpersonal skills with a lovely accent. Ask for Guido; he will give good recommendations for food choices and will take good care of you. Enjoy a good meal in a comfortable environment. Kudos Casa Nostra and Guido!

we've been here so many times but tonight the food was just perfect. We like the carbonara Pizza which is out of this world with tons of egg yolk and bacon and also like the osso buco they just do it old school with the yellow risotto with the green peas and the sauce on the osso bucco is just like jelly. Lastly it's my favorite Caesar salad and all of Austin they crush it with the anchovies and thick slices of Parmesan.

The food was fantastic and the service was even better. Guido, our server, was very passionate and enthusiastic throughout our dining experience. I highly recommend Casa Nostra!
