Stone House Vineyard

My husband has been a member of Stonehouse Vineyard for many years. It has always been a great place to visit. We had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at the vineyard and it was wonderful. The beautiful outlook to Lake Travis made it special. The staff was great and held a wine tasting for the reception. The staff went above and beyond to help make the experience even better.

Great outdoor area and an amazing variety of wines! There is truly something for everyone! we left with several. Lynne did a great job of taking care of us! If you go there be sure to ask for Lynne! Oh and super dog friendly.

Great visit amazing wines

Decided it was a beautiful afternoon for a drive so we stumbled upon Stone House Vineyard during our excursion thru a portion of hill country. We are so glad we did! My husband and I, along with our daughter and son-in-law, explored the property and decided to stay for a wine tasting and a little snack. Carrie attended to us and was an absolute delight. The wines were enjoyed as was the charcuterie board and the flatbread. What a very lovely afternoon. Highly recommended. (And I hope you get the pleasure of getting acquainted with Tosca, goldendoodle ❤️❤️)

Great place very good wine

Very nice place, great people and good seating outside with a good view. The flight of wines was a great way to sample 5 of their wines. They explained each one when they would bring it out to us on the patio.

Dear Visitors...None of the wine is locally made, nor does it contain Texas grapes. It's produced in Australia, but they can't disclose the producer due to contractual obligations. There's no actual wine production on-site; they've simply found a mass producer and slapped their own label on it. This is disappointing. They claim to be a vineyard with a few grapevines, but that's far from the truth. There's a home where the owner lives in the back, and in the middle, it seems like the labeling process occurs, although I haven't seen it myself. It's likely the producer handles the labeling. The grounds are too small for any real wine production, which results in inflated wine prices. The location is beautiful with some nice views, but it's clear this place is just a facade for wine.

Came for a 40th birthday trip with a bunch of girlfriends and we were impressed from the second we pulled onto the property.We made a reservation prior to coming. Lynne was so incredible from the second we walked in the door to walking us through every question we had.I would highly recommend this vineyard and will definitely be coming back in the future!!
