I've been a regular customer here for about 2 and half years . I have seen the employees change numerous times but now has got to be the worst yet. This Checkers location is definitely losing money on a daily basis due to poor customer service and pure laziness. While trying to order via the drive thru last night we were told 1. To calm down and talk slower and 2. To order online from now on because our order ( 3 meals) was too large to take by drive thru . Apparently they do not keep that amount of food ready and that it would have to be made fresh and that takes awhile. Um excuse but isn't that the point I don't want food that's sitting out for hours ..I would definitely like fresh fries .but this employee was annoyed that she would have to actually work.
Need less to say we didn't order anything and Checkers lost a loyal customer

Place is gross. Dirty. The employees look like they haven’t bathed. It’s just a nasty place. Place has been open a few years and I just don’t understand how they are still open. Anytime I come here some drug addict looking person is asking me for a ride or a cigarette. Just a nasty place.

I was on my way to a funeral yesterday and stopped to get something to snack on before going in. I stood there for 10 minutes and saw one guy and one woman several times but no one even acknowledged me. I ended up walking away from the counter after 10 minutes. No eye contact, no hello, no one minute, nothing.

We ordered 2 plain cheeseburgers and 2 chocolate shakes. The burgers were colder than the shakes. Was told if the shakes weren't cold enough to bring them back in a few minutes. Guy at the counter didn't seem to care about anything. The place was filthy, there wasn't even a bag in the trash can. We passed plenty of places just to go there. Kind of ridiculous, we were the only ones in there. Now I know why. The lone cook was the only one doing anything.

Connie was the sweetest, made my experience at this location the best for the first time. Will definitely be coming back 😊.
Waited 45 minutes on food they never stated cooking instead they were playing on their cell phones.

The food was pretty good. I was hoping the burgers would be a little bit bigger. It took a while for our order to come out, and they weren't busy at all. Still, I'll definitely be going back.

Do not eat at this checkers they are rude obnoxious and they take forever and then they yell at you when you've been standing there forever me and my wife just went through something with the manager and she was so unprofessional p it was the worst experience I ever had at any restaurant they do not even deserve the one star

This is the worst food establishment I’ve ever been to. The manager, Connie, cursed me out and refused to refund me my money. Checkers offered me a free meal. Why would I want to go back to this establishment. WOW They don’t even deserve 1 star.

I particularly like this location, because excessively long lines just don't happen here very often. Most of the time I can drive right up and give my order, then drive to the window and get my order and go. Of course I wait a few minutes for the order. I'm glad it isn't ready in an instant, that wait time let's me know that they have cooked it FRESH EVERY TIME?! No over cooked patties sitting under heat lamps for hours. I wouldn't mind if they'd reduce prices just a little bit tho, but that's to be said everywhere lately. This place is outstanding for a fast food joint?
