Came through the drive through to get the breakfast #27, meat lovers burrito meal. It's my fault for not checking the bag but didn't receive my hash brown, and the burrito that is supposed to be "meat lovers" was mostly tortilla and egg. So I basically paid almost 10$ for a tortilla and orange juice, can definitely say not a sound investment. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

WE had a online order and we went to pick it up.The workers told us to pull up in the drive way and they will bring out our food because it wasent ready.So we were waiting for 40 minutes and we werent the only ones there were 4 cars waiting for their order.So I decided to go inside and they were talking and laughing and I asked if the order was ready and they said they were gonna check and it was ready.I told them we waiting and the guy said oh I forgot.HORRIBLE management.We got home and they messed up our order.

Got 3 tacos and a small fry in a large fry box
...3 days before that.. Ordered a sourdough jack and loaded mini tacos...
Got a spicy siracha sourdough and mini tacos.. Non loaded.
Its happened on other occasions too. But i catch it at the window before i drive off.
Order a dr. Pepper large... Got a medium diet coke.?

This is the worst experience I have ever had at Jack in the box food was cold, cheese burger had no cheese, fries not fresh, grilled cheese not melted, no cup holders. Tacos were good.
