Food is always good. Their online service leaves a lot to be desired. I was charged twice on my credit card for an online order and when we got to the restaurant they told us the order didn't go through and that I needed to contact the number on their website for help. Maybe that's the way it works but to just brush me off was not what I had hoped for. I will not go back and we liked going there. The folks working there are friendly but the manager was a little too dismissive...
I recently had the pleasure of being helped by Ms. Avila at the drive-thru, and her customer service was outstanding. She paid close attention to every detail of my order to ensure it was correct. I really appreciated how she went the extra mile by double-checking that I had everything I needed before I drove off. A well deserved 5 stars. Thank you to the Manager and entire KFC Team for always providing amazing service. (However I do wish I could get an "all leg bucket" on the $10 Tuesday 8 piece bucket deal.)
