I have ordered for Carryout and delivery before. When I order carryout I have absolutely no problems, when its for delivery each time it takes longer than the time given when the order is placed online. Last week my order took about 2 hours to be delivered. I don't understand why or how if they are literally down the road from my house. I may have just saved my money and cooked something myself waiting around for that long. SMH
Update I ordered for delivery yesterday 11/25. I ordered: (1) Stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, (2) orders of 8pc wings with (2) ranches, cheese sticks, brownie, and a drink. The delivery driver shows up with everything except the (2) wing orders and the (2) ranches and left. We tried yelling for him to come back, but he didn't hear us. So I called the store, I called about 8 times, and not 1 time did anyone answer. VERY FRUSTRATING! So now I have to drive to the store to go get my wings. When I get there, the person said that the driver just got sent back to my house with the wings. I called my husband to confirm, and he said only (1) was dropped off, well good thing I was already there, so I got the missing wings and went back home and finally ate.
I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!! PLEASE WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOUR COMMUNICATION METHODS! PAY ATTENTION TO ORDERS AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE TO DELIVER!
The manager helped me when I walked in. The food is made when ordered, it's of good quality.

We order from here at least once a month. The pizza is usually ok. Sometimes they forget dipping sauce but that’s no big deal. The two pizzas we received last night were sour. They smelled up the kitchen. I thought maybe it was the olives we got on one of the pizzas. But The pepperoni pizza smelled exactly the same. I think the dough was sour or something. I am 50 years old and have never smelled a pizza like that before. We fed them to our pigs. It’s just to much trouble trying to take food back and I had to work the next day and just didn’t want the hassle or the pizza in my house any longer They just smelled awful. Not sure if I will order from here again.

Fast and warm this time. Also it's been a year since I ordered Pizza hut due to the lack of consistency but this order was perfect. Will order again!
Vegetarian options: You don't have to have meat on your pizza. They have alot of vegetables and pineapple too.
Parking: There is a whole parking lot. This location is in a strip center.
They delivered the wrong pizzas gave us credit now days later we can’t get the same pizzas delivered for the same price it’s now 10$ more

We love pizza hut and this is our local store. But every single time we order the service and the pizza gets worse and worse... I watched the manager set my pizza on the counter and put in the computer it was ready and it just sat there for 10 minutes not in a warmer while he waited for someone else to sauce the wings ... they all just walked around while the pizza sat there. I guess a switch to domino's is necessary...

I usually have a great experience here. The cashier was rude in a bad mood and I wanted 15 minutes past the time I was told it would be ready! Then when the food was ready the cashier went to the restroom and stayed their. Had to wait for someone else to box my order!

Messed up my order again, it never fails, they don't read the order... I ordered the garlic sauce not the marinara stuff, and every time I put into the special instructions to cut into squares they give normal pizza slices. Not a big deal be I took the time out to type in how I wanted my $25 pizza cut, they can at least take the time to read it and earn what they are getting paid to do

The Splendora location has wonderful customer service and seem to be going above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy.
