This isn’t the first time we’ve had rude service at this Sonic.
The first time, we arrived about 10 minutes before closing. While we were deciding (less than two minutes) at the speaker, the lights were turned off without anyone letting us know they could no longer take our order.
The second time, we were given the wrong soda.
This third time, while I was ordering and adding another meal, the employee suddenly gave me the total for only the first two items and stopped responding, cutting me off mid-order. When I asked to cancel, the response had a clear attitude. I repeated three times that I needed to cancel, but she kept saying she couldn’t hear me. At that point, I said I didn’t need the meals anymore, thanked her, and drove away.
Unfortunately, this location has been consistently unprofessional.

Very nasty food chicken stripe way over cooked grease soaking through the bag . Cooked in old grease was terrible. Fries were soggy this place needs a manager that cares.

My son loves the sonic kids corn dog meal and grape lemonade, I used to get a strawberry or cherry limeade but lately no matter which area sonic I go to the limeaids are made wrong. It tastes as if they just take carbonated water and squirt a minimal, as in the bare minimum, amount of fruit and lime juice into it. I taste mostly plain carbonated water. If I complain it's just remade the same. However this location made my limeade correctly! Ok was so surprised. Plus, not only my waitress but all that passed smiled and made eye contact.

We stopped for Blasts. They weren't mixed up. Just ice cream with stuff on top. Weird.
Waited in the drive thru line forever never got any service yet cars in stalls getting served. Ended up leaving complete waste of my time.
