Couldn't find my order. Told me I was in the wrong place. After I've been sitting there for 20 minutes. When I finally did get my order and was leaving. The manager came over, took my box of food. Took it to the side. Started digging through it. Another employer told her that that was my food And gave it back to me. She waved her hand at me and said you can go. I don't feel I did anything wrong and this lady probably needs a new profession.

Food is fine. It’s Taco Bell. The chips do taste funny though. Couldn’t finish even one. Tasted like chemicals. They never have tea in the three times I’ve gone to this location. I don’t understand why they make you pull around when you’re in the drive through when all you order is 2-3 items

This place is the WORST. Whoever that Latino guy is RUDE and terrible, mind you he looks like a grown man like his 30s. And he has a nasty attitude. This is the 3rd time so far, he literally wants to treat me like im some evil person when they messed up my order and I ask for it to be fixed. He wants to go over to his friends and start talking In Spanish and laughing. This place is horrible do not ever go here. Atleast until they fire this dude. I don’t know if he knows English or not but everytime he talks to me he just says English words that don’t even make sense I just don’t understand him. You guys need managers that can speak both languages (at least on the clock) because how am I supposed to get help when almost everyone here acts like they don’t know English ???? There’s some tiny Hispanic kid that says he’s a manager and I love him he’s great. Everytime he has helped me with my order so if you go in make sure that’s your manager because the 30 year old is obviously INCAPABLE 😡.

This location cannot handle even a normal amount of customers coming at one time. As soon as you get to the window they make you pull around to the front of the store because they can't get your food ready. And unfortunately, I ate here last night I have a touch of food poisoning this morning so thats a wrap for me.

Every time I come here there's a line backed up I picked my order up today it was supposed to be ready at 6:11 I didn't get my food until 7:14 and I had food missing and had to come back in and wait for that this place needs some serious help the staff needs help

Slowest Taco Bell in the history of Taco Bell’s, rude customer service, and they don’t clean their drink machine bc black stuff always falls in your drink and I’ve only been twice. O of 10 recommend

I do not recommend eating the chicken cantina bowl or chicken period here. When this place opened and we ordered the chicken cantina bowls, it tasted great went back for more. This time it came with a funny taste. Not much thought into it ate it. Went again I could not get past the second mouth full not even my husband could eat it. Today my son ate it, tasted a little weird but did not think much of it. He has been throwing up all night and morning. We will NOT be going back. Please think twice before finishing your food if it tastes sour, weird.

Asked for a side of nachos and chips and the server didn't even know what i wanted. They said it would need to be specially made. Also ordered strawberry freeze and it was only 3/4 of the way full. This is NOT the 1st a order has been messed. But it will be the LAST time I go there!!
