This location can't get their act together. Every single time we are missing an entire item or sauce or seeds for the salad etc. We will be holding up your line every time now to check everything in the bag. This location has been open long enough, management needs to get it figured out already

Right now I’m sitting inside this Chick fil a and my food is terrible my butter biscuit has no butter and it’s almost as hard as the table I ordered a breakfast chicken bowl and it was really rough. It amazes me that one Chick-fil-A or multiple Chick-fil-A‘s can be so much better than this particular Chick-fil-A. I’ve come here several times because it’s the closest Chick-fil-A to me. I live close to Canyon Lake and the spring branch location is the closest to me, but I would rather drive to the location on SW. Military Dr. in San Antonio because they always get it right. I even asked the cashier if he could get me a soft biscuit and he said I don’t think I can do that I was puzzled, but now I see why they’re not serving biscuits. They’re serving rocks. Without butter. I’m going to give them credit on the hash browns they were OK but the previous times that I came here. The hashbrowns were a real dark brown color that I’m pretty sure it comes from dirty oil just nasty little things like that anyways I hope they can get it right and I’ll keep on trying here unless they go to Chick-fil-A on 306.

I love the different options they had for my granddaughter when they told us they ran out of her favorite chicken noodle soup. She was happy with the mac and cheese and side of fruit.

There is one younger guy there who literally runs your order to you. He is always the most pleasant person I think I've ever met. He always has a smile on his face and asks how I'm doing. Even if I'm having a bad day, that guys positive attitude makes me smile. I don't know his name, but his mom's name is the same as mine, Brianne (maybe Brianna).I don't think I've ever had someone consistently run my order to me. He's an impressive employee.

We frequent chick fíl a way too often. There is always something wrong with the drive thru at this location. They always manage to forget something whether it’s the sauces or a whole meal. I figured with time that it would change being that it’s a newer location but it has only gotten worse. It’s a miracle if my whole order is there the first time.

Very fast and efficient, though that means nothing if they get the order wrong and/or don’t give you everything, both of which they did! First, wrong order. Second, didn’t put any sauce in the bag.
