I have now been to the IHOP on Singing Oaks in Spring Branch Texas 4 times. I was waiting for them to open this site for months, as I have always liked IHOP, but this one is setting a new standard for EXCELLENCE! Every time has been superb service and the food is DELICIOUS! Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress
